    great push session, today I had rotation III so I started with DB shoulderpresses which are my hate movement since I broke my wrist BUT! numbers went up so no more hate here 😉 xD
    the rest of the workout was also very good and I´m feeling confident for the upcoming season, Stefan and I decided to get off from primo for the next two months and start again when prep starts.
    we did that back in 2019 for the prep where I won my pro card. I have grown into the show and put size on in the first 4 weeks of my prep, so the plan is to let the body recover and grow again when it´s time 😀

    I would keep food high as long as possible, so I would increase steps first and when you hit a plateau again add low intensity cardio on rest days as example

    Rest day after yesterday’s leg session, feeling a little bit tired and grumpy but this happens often after a heavy training session. Did low intensity cardio to get rid of my stiffness in my lower body

    I have made this mistake several times in the past so I limited my progress! I have learned my lesson 😉 there are so many things you can do on a rest day to increase your recovery! As example mobility/stretching , low intensity cardio , go for a walk outside, deep tissue massage

    Really cool leg session !
    Leg press top set numbers went up
    Sumo squats (smithmachine) numbers went up
    Leg extensions reps went up
    Leg curls (standing) also
    Hip thrusts better form than last time
    Glute ham raises reps went up

    Summed up I’m more than happy !
    Tomorrow will def be a rest day 🙂

    Hi Asrar! Yes this is very frustrating, I have the same situation here in Austria , gyms are closed since the beginning of November and we don’t Know when they will open again .. but don’t give up , you already said you have some equipment so make the best of this bad situation and don’t lose your focus on your goals ! I wish u all of the best !!!

    pull II today

    – undergrip pull ups 3 sets
    – high row 2 sets
    – t-bar row 2 sets
    – wide grip latpulldown 3 sets
    – reverse flys (seated) cable tower 2sets
    – ez bar curls 3sets
    – hammer curls (rope) 2sets

    session was good, numbers up on the high row and the wide grip latpulldown, t-bar rows felt better than last time , ez bar curls also numbers went up .. summed up I´m happy with today 😉

  • possible yes! but as Jamie and Jimmy already said you have to live and breath for that, EVERYTHING has to be on point and you´ll have to be consistent with that every single day !

    olympia weekend is coming, the streaming quality is very good and I can´t wait to see all the athletes up on stage, especially the wpd girls..that´s the highlight of my weekend ! beside that only bad news.. lockdown will last until january and there will be more restrictions. talked to one of my clients today (he´s a lawyer) and he told me that gyms will probably open in MAY! what the fuck! I´m so pissed sorry for my bad language but this is ridiculous. yes I have the opportunity to still train in a home gym but I´m very sad for all of my clients who have no access to equipment.

    I add 100-150g of vegs to 3 of my daily meals (in offseason).. in prep it´s a little bit more! it´s important too eat food that you can digest well, for me it´s well cooked broccoli, spinach and cappage sprouds 🙂

    – standing side lateral raises (cable tower) chest on a bench ( just some ligth sets for warm-up and mind muscle connection)
    – incline chestpress (smithmachine)
    – front raises (BB)
    – upright rows (smitmachine)
    – lying side lateral raises (cable tower)
    – single arm side lateral raises (DB)
    – single arm tricepsoverhead extensions (DB)
    – abs

    numbers on the incline chestpress and on the front raises went up, finally also my push movements adapt and I´m getting stronger 🙂
