first of all, every client is different and there´s a different approach on how I work with them. when I started to work with my first client (for a prep, competition) everything went really well, because I had made many experiences with this topic in my past however looking back now, I would do some things a little bit different, but it´s a never ending learning process I guess 🙂

legs today rotation I which includes frontsquats, not my fav exercice, really struggle with progressing here..gonna talk to Stefan if we need to switch .. beside that I´m happy with todays session, single leg legpress numbers and reps went up , switched from db lying legcurls to cable lying legcurls which felt also very good! after that standing legcurls, abductor and addcutor 🙂

decided to do another rest day today to eat with the family and enjoy our time together without stressing with meal timing etc., after breakfast we went for a walk with Nori and then off to Stefans parents again for dinner. Got the best christmas present ever a gift coupon for my massage therapist! love it! this is really something I could benefit from even if the treatments are painful xD also enjoyed some nice christmas biscuits from Stefans uncle who is a very skilled baker, gonna use the extra calories for a good pumped leg session tomorrow 🙂

I trained my neck once and it was just painful and stiff the next couple of days ..as a women you don´t really need that imo, however if this bodypart is lacking I would give it a try

great push session, today I had rotation III so I started with DB shoulderpresses which are my hate movement since I broke my wrist BUT! numbers went up so no more hate here ? xD
the rest of the workout was also very good and I´m feeling confident for the upcoming season, Stefan and I decided to get off from primo for the next two months and start again when prep starts.
we did that back in 2019 for the prep where I won my pro card. I have grown into the show and put size on in the first 4 weeks of my prep, so the plan is to let the body recover and grow again when it´s time ?

Hi Jessy absolutely no problem! 2019 I was 3 months off before I started my prep. With the beginning of my prep we started with 70 primo e5d and went up to 100 e5d we also added anavar (15mg) I remember that my weight was around 68kg at the beginning and 63kg on show day which really impressed me ?

This year We will do the same but eventually cut off anavar completely, still not sure if I really need it , currently I’m 73kg but my bodyfat percentage is a little bit higher than last time .. so I want to drop a little bit before we start prep in February.. just less cookies and treats ?

rest day aka it´s christmas day 🙂 last two days were really intense so I had a extra stretching/mobility session early today, upper body was so tense but with some exercices from my physiotherapist, foam rolling and breathing techniques I feel much better now .. later today we will visit Stefans parents, we did a covid test yesterday to be just sure that we are healthy 🙂

both ways are okay! if you have problems with digestion or with eating straight after training I would increase intra carbs a little bit, drink iso whey pwo and 40-60 later a solid meal

heard of them of course but really don´t know if it works and I would always recommend to lower bodyfat afirst and create a deficit for a longer period
