if you currently feeling overall fatigue I would take more than 3 days of rest especially if you try out a new training split !
to train 3 days in a row isn´t optimal imo so I would do push, pull, rest, legs, rest and so on, when it comes to weak areas/weaknesses it´s very important to take a look on exercice execution !follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

you have no deadline so I won´t stress about that too much, as you said your body composition is way much better than before so I would stay at maintenance & get the best out of every workout until you feel mentally ready to continue your cut.

rest day aka food shopping, big walk with Nori and visiting our new appartment.. lockdown makes it very difficult to get all the renovation work done before we have to leave our old appartment BUT we have some friends who already help us 🙂 so thankful for that !!! sent some videos of my training to Stefan and he´s happy how everything is going, so I´m happy too 😉

I like to write down my lifts in an empty notebook, I try to not use my phone during my workouts to not get distracted by messages, mails notifications etc.

massive amount of water is relative, many athletes drink up to 1l first thing in the morning to make sure they´re well hydrated, it´s def easier to get your fluids in with an empty stomach. if you´re not used to this I would start with less and see how your stomach reacts when you eat your first meal. I drink 0,75L warm water with a shot of pure ingwer and lemon juice before and during cardio or morning walk =)

your setup looks really good, I´m only missing a hinge movement , as example banded RDLs with DB 🙂
near stance lunges, heel elevated squats (without locking at the top) or chair pistol squats are my go to for quads !follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

I really like the rest day & training day approach, just more carbs on training days (around and during training) and a little bit more fats on rest days 🙂

push today, aghh DB shoulderpress wasn´t that good but as always my shoulders getting little bit weaker when I´m off, yet still managed to do the 28 for more than 6 reps. rest of the workout was really good! I do recognize that I know need a little bit more recovery between training sessions so I will adjust that to my routine 🙂

don´t think to much about the food or calories you have missed, let your body recover.. means lot fluid and only easy digestable food in small amounts ! get well soon!

I guess there´s no certain time frame and really depends on how long you take rest between sets, for me training more than 2hours doesn´t work.

nice rest day with my bf 🙂 finally saw her new flat and woooooooow I´m so happy for her! we had sushi (take away) and it was one of the best I have ever eaten. I was so nice to finally see her and talk about our times when we lived together.. and of course talk about our future plans 😀 perfect day I guess 😉

currently I´m able to train in a private “gym” but in the first lockdown which also caused the unplanned end of my prep (2weeks out) was way much tougher.. to be honest I just tried to stay in a routine and take every day as it comes. I was angry, sad and felt like I have failed but non of this was true, there will be ALWAYS things in life you can´t control and you have to learn to accept them and still do your best. Due the fact that I have had 2 injuries the last two years which perforced me to do long rest periods I´m not too worried about condition or losing muscles, when you stick to your diet you can keep your shape pretty good for a long time (yeah I didn´t believe that until I made this experience by myself). the mentally struggle is way more difficult to overcome..what helped me a lot is to talk to people who can relate to my situation, sticking to a routine, planing things for the future and keeping my mind busy with constantly learning !
