Hi Lara hope you are well . What is your current nutrition set up looking like ?
I recall back along if consuming mps max and sustain intra you would wait 30 minutes till your post workout meal , how long would you usually wait until the meal after that ?

I wait about 30-40 mins until I eat my pwo, currently I have a lot of carbs during training so I don’t feel like I need my PWO straight after training ! During prep or a deficit when I do not have Intra carbs I’ll eat my PWO immediately ☺️follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

had a really good leg session today, focus was so good special thanks to my pre workout pre stim haha.. this is my fav for legs! recorded all exercices and sent them to Stefan, he´s very happy with form and the size of my legs hehehe 😉 next two days will be rest and recover ! ahhh and got my clothing sponsoring, I´m speechless, I´ll take some pics tommorrow !! sooo sooo cool

if you only can train 3x per week I would go for a upper/lower split especially when you plan to compete in the men´s physique division

I´m using Halcyon (which contains Ashwagandha) postworkout and pre bed, really helps me to calm down 🙂

pull today, focus wasn´t 100%, this happens very rarley but I still tried to give my best 🙂

finally rest day, feeling a little bit tired from the last two training days. normally I have a rest day after leg day but we can only train on several days so I have adjust..but due the lockdown I get enough rest during the day so this should be no problem at all ! currently waiting for Stefan to come home so we can have a walk together with Nori, the sun is beautiful in Vienna today !

really cool leg day today, started with RDLs which is one exercice where I have to be very careful because of my lower back. I´m so happy that I´m finally back to my back off set strength without any pain in my lower spine 🙂 I don´t know if I´ll be able to do my top set weight ever again but this doesn´t really matter to me any more. I can´t change it so I won´t worry about that too much.
