    rest day and I´m not feeling well and yeah nothing to report so hopefully I feel a litte bit better by tommorrow, no worries nothing happened I´m just a little bit down because I miss my people and my job.

    depends on what you have done during lockdown, if you only had the opportunity to train at home I think there´s no need to take a week off before you start your training again, it´s more important what you do when you are back in the gym. Be careful and don´t overdo, you may be a little bit weaker than before the lockdown but strenght will be back soon if you train and rest wisley 🙂

    Hi Asrar !
    most of the time knee pain is caused by overload or too much tension on the muscle (especially in the quadtriceps) so I would start with doing mobility and stretching in this area however I would also keep an eye on form when you train your lower body and if the pain doesn´t get better I always recommend to see a physiotherapist/professional 🙂

    pull III today, nice session
    todays exercise selection
    – wide grip pulldown (numbers went up)
    – cable rows ( close grip) (better form , I´m filming myself everytime especially during pull session)
    – low row on the cable tower (single arm, incline bench) also numbers went up
    – rev pec dec/ reverse cable flys
    – spider curls (numbers went up)
    – rev curls
    – hyperextensions

    going up with calories makes no sense if you can´t train properly, going down also not optimal when you try to recover (and can´t train properly) so staying in a maintenance caloric intake will be the best imo 🙂

    Hi Danny, there´s absolute no point of feeling guilty for this. you want to progress, you want to get better so you have to act accordingly. Talk to your friend again and explain him how important this is for you, if he´s still not willing to put more effort into the sessions simply stop training with him. if he´s a true friend he will understand that 🙂 my advice is to search for someone who has the same goal and intention. if you find someone your sessions will be better than ever.

    if I train with clients/friends from time to time I don´t do my regular training but it´s very similar to my normal routine yet 90%of the time I train by my own. if you train with someone else make sure you have the same goals and training intensity, if someone does not fit that criteria I simply don´t train with them !

    really cool to do a podcast again, exchange views, talk about several topics in this sport is very refreshing 🙂 next week I´ll have another podcast with an german female athlete, I´m gonna give an insight of my daily habits, training, nutrition and of course my next steps for my pro debut 🙂
    tommorrow pull def feeling better mentally now and happy to be back to training

    weird day, feeling tired all of the time so I had a little nap. managed to do some client work but and hopefully a good cup of coffee and a walk in the fresh air will help to prepare myself for the podcast 🙂
    beside that I had a nice PT outside with a client of mine. cold but nice 🙂

    there are a lot of pro bb who have tattoos, a fully covered back could be a problem when it comes to tanning & cover them.. but sleeves, arms & shoulders are no problem !

    check in today with Stefan, weight went up a little bit, Stefan is happy with the look and I´m too 🙂 later legs , really good session finally feeling my hamstring BETTER, lower back is also okay 🙂 and tommorrow another podcast yaay! (disclaimer only in german, sorry guys)

    Drinking easy digestable carbs during your workout will have a positive impact on your training performance !
    Supplementing with EAA supplements is something I highly recommend. Your body produces 11 of 20 amino acids so a complete amino acid supplement is needed for muscle protein synthesis (especially during a caloric deficit)
    Most of the time expect during the end of prep I use SUSTAIN and MPS MAX both from trainedbyjpnutrition
