    best push session I had in a while, the last two days of rest and the deep tissue massage def helped 😉
    todays session

    PUSH rotation I
    – standing cable side laterals (kruzifix)
    – military press
    – incline dp press
    – dips
    – standing cable flys
    – lying cable side laterals
    – tricepsoverhead extensions (ez-bar)
    – tricepsextensions rope

    recorded every exercice for my coach. form is on point and I´m getting stronger !!

    just click on the workouts button than on the PUSH section and you´ll find countless videos from the trainedbyjp team 🙂 beside that I often watch the videos of Ben Pakulski or John Meadows (youtube)

    I would suggest a faster digestable carb source for pwo meal, oats are not optimal, cream of rice, rice cereals/rice with iso whey would be my jchoice (I know that was not your question xD) after that blended oats/iso whey/eggwhites or blended chicken w rice is okay but as Hilly mentioned eating your food would be better

    finally a day which was like a normal day, had a great PT after that I had a deep tissue massage, met a really good friend of mine and had a great chat and now family time ! upper body is tired from the massage but I´m so happy that I finally found someone who helps me with injuries 🙂

    I always blend my oats for breakfast, personally I digest them better, there´s no difference when it comes to nutrient intake

    the most important thing is to be in a caloric deficit if you want to lose bodyfat, you can add cardio to your daily routine but it´s not absolutley essential, but with a higher output than you´re used to and with caloric deficit you´ll lose bodyfat faster.

    great leg session, hamstrings and glutes are finally back to strenght levels before I broke my lv5, now it´s time to get even stronger but without any injuries 😀
    to see the ifbb pro league calender which says.. no wpd pro comps in europe until june.. was like fuck that.. but to be honest now I´m happy to have a little bit more time to bring up my weaknesses ! I CALL THAT BEING POSITIVE 😉

    I would start with my regular schedule but keep in mind that you haven´t trained the last 3 weeks, so be rational, start with less weight than you´re used to , keep an eye on form and reset your logbook numbers 🙂

    I like the approach of Nick here UPPER, LOWER, Rest, UPPER, LOWER so you have 4 training days in 5 days..this will be easier to recover from !! training push/pull/legs WITH NO REST won´t take you forward

    decided to do another rest day, def feeling better today but not ready for a productive session. When I train, I want to make the best out of it and I want to progress, in the past I often made the mistake to overtrain but I have learned from my mistakes. Mood is also better than the last days so I guess I just did too much =D Booked a deep tissue massage for friday, finally, my body def needs that every 2-3 weeks 🙂

    visit the homepage or instagram page from different federations most of them have already the dates for planned shows in 2021
    there are a lot of good feds especially in the UK I would look for the PCA first timeres, NABBA (I guess there´s also a class for first timeres) and there are a lot of pro qualifiers and national shows organized by 2brospro

    I guess you have different sorts in the UK than in Austria, so I can´t give a advice for a brand but I always use one of the smaller sorts ,slice them really thin and put some low calorie oil spray on 🙂

    today is def better, slept for 10 hours and I will relax the rest of the day, did cardio, walked the dog and now I´ll have some work to do, not as much as I used to but that´s okay 🙂
    maybe I´ll have another rest day tommorrow depends on how I feel 😉

    the intent of a fullbody split is to get stronger in the basic movements as example overhead presses.. to substitue this exercise with lateral raises makes no sense because you eill only train your side delts but you can add them to your workout as example in the beginning when your body is still fresh and it won´t effect your performance for the basic lifts !

    I would always start with no or low cardio frequency and if possible on rest days or as example early in the morning when you train in the afternoon!
