2nd rest day today. Yesterday I felt very fatigue, had a nap which is funny because I have really enough sleep atm. Seems my body needs more rest than I thought !
My mum visits us today, haven´t seen here since weeks! Happy to finally show her the new appartment.

deep tissue massages are great but I understand that they are not affordable weekly, beside that there are a lot of things you can do
– stretching & mobility exercices (youtube is full of great videos)
– enough rest between your workouts
– sleep
– keeping physical & mental stress low (meditation, yoga)
– hydration
– deloads when needed or completley rest from training
– low intenstiy cardio (active recovery)

use lifting straps but only if you feel like your grip strenght fails before muscular failure, I use mine only for my main sets

many use dark chocolate as a fat source which can be combined with other foods very easy and it´s helpful if you have a sweet tooth. I don´t think that there´s smth special about it

rest day for me 😉
client work in the morning and then we had some stuff to do for the new appartment, things going well so we will be ready to move earlier than expected 🙂
did 20 mins of low intensity cardio (because my output is zero to none atm xD ) and 20 mins of upper body stretching, especially my right body half, shoulders, traps and arms are always tense

to train alone like really alone with no one watching is so cool, I do really enjoy the fact to no one is starring at me when I train, so I guess this is the only positive thing about the lockdown xD how does your current split look like ? I´m currently a little bit tired of my push/pull/leg split

-upright rows (cable tower)
-tricepsextensions (cable tower)Beautiful sunny day here in Vienna so we will def go for a big walk with Nori, currently she sits in front of me waiting.. =)

fats are essential nutrients for hormones and cell building, fats provides our bodies with essential fatty acids and they are also needed to carry fat-soluble vitamins into the body.

busy day today, client work in the morning, then trainig legs..which took me longer than expected and we planned how the new appartment will be renovated.. new wall paint, floor needs to be polished and after the lockdown /whenever this will be).. new kitchen ! aghh until that I will cook my meals on a small hotplate, microwave and airfryer =)

rest day aka doing some low intensity cardio, big walk with Nori and 30 mins of stretching..doing everything I could in this situation to be better tomorrow 😉

I would do the shoulderpress as second or first exercice also the close grip bench press would be better placed earlier in the session ( fatigue, exhaustion)
