@jellevdd I generally do some activation work and a warm up around joints, usually spend 5 minutes doing that. I train pretty wrapped up so it gets me nice and warm then on I do 3/4 max feeder sets on exc1 after that probably 1/2 sets 3/4 reps depending on the exc later on in workout once I’m settled in with my sessions and numbers I probably won’t need any or just one feeder set

So today’s session felt great,
Current set up really suits me
So far we have 2 variations for push logged
2 variations for legs logged
And we will have 2 variations for pull.
So far I have all my sessions from Jordan apart from my last pull variation
All sessions I will use a log book ( James g Hollingshead log book it’s unreal ) and here on we WILL get strong and fuc*ing super precise.
Everything is good, life is good I’ve got amazing people around me so my current environment to push my physique to next level and my business couldn’t be any better.
Remember guys your circle really does make a huge difference, less stress and generally being happy with life outside the gym will do you a world of good for progression in and out of gym!

@architect first used gh around 19/20 mark can’t remember to be exact it was deffo before Nabba British finals so I was 20 there, not much difference tbh some fullness it’s more of quality addition rather than necessity. Back then I was doing things more cowboy style too so I wouldn’t see the benefit as much as I would now.

@h-merzaie there wasn’t need to do any more cardio and it helped me maintain leg mass for sure. Again it was Jordan’s approach I am used to far more cardio, to be honest I favour this approach now as it allowed me to hit my sessions much harder.

@noble78 I started boxing at 11 then lifting weights sort of speak around that age too but nothing serious or correct until about 15 bud. I’m 5 foot 9 ish 😉
