    Over all we will be adding 290 calories 54g carb 6g fat

    40 g cream of rice 20 to am extra 20 to post extra
    2 rice cakes to pre workout meal
    10 g almond butter to last meal

    Morning guys

    Weight hit 104.3 this am, planning on a slight increase from today as it’s legs on training day. 55g carb total spread across meals 1/2/3 rest will keep same we will see where weight is at tomorrow morning then we check in with Jordan Friday!

    I’ve attached picture of my weight log for you to see how my weight has levelled out last 4/5 days

    @m-skog hi mark, started push pull legs after 2015 universe and I can honestly say I’d struggle training any other way. I love training if recovery would allow I would train every day. Push pull leg allows me to get the most out of my sessions and we get to hit body parts more frequent than bro split so perfect for me. By far the most successful way to train for hypertrophy that’s not just an opinion that’s a fact.

    @migget glad you like it brother, I use the d handles on a lot of back it. Find it really does work great on hammer kit, until we get prime fitness kit which does have the d handle attachments on the kit I will continue to sticking d handles on most back kit ????

    We are both very much in the zone so there’s a ton of progress coming from me and @jordan223

    104.4 this morning so 0.1 down from yesterday, weight seems to be levelling out around this. Few more days and we will probably need to add a little calories to see it increasing slightly again still very very hungry and feeling like I’m still in prep most days but it’s all good being strict in this phase is just as important as prep imo.

    Rest day today, so we have a physio session booked at 10 again kicked the day off with extremely light 20 minutes on bike.

    Really finding it hard to rest at the moment but I know I will get so much more benefit out of sticking to this split and doing as I’m told.

    @fish88 thank you sir, means a lot and il keep it up! I will admit I used to train a little sloppy especially before starting work with Jordan, ever since I have started working with him I we have focused on form so much more. I have seen more benefits training this way in the past 13 months then I have the whole time I’ve been training if I’m honest. So yeah ever since starting with him my focus has been mainly on education and training as precise as possible! Plus my training partner is also very meticulous so it really works for me!

    You can never train hard/precise enough and you can never ever learn enough.

    1/2 hours per day now is dedicated on learning and improving what I do, surround your self with successful educated people and you will to want to be successful and most of all a little smarter….

    Great push session

    We hit my first variation of push

    Strenght has shot up a lot in this one from last week, I didn’t log my last weeks session as we took it v steady.

    This week last weeks lifts were feeder sets ha

    This current set up feels unreal and I’m very confident I’m going to get very strong with it, just finding it really hard to rest so really trying to occupy my rest days with physio work and any extra work I have on with clients and gym. Like I mentioned previously I’m really excited to be in the gym and back to lifting strict and heavy.

    Will write my log up this evening for you guys.

    Hi mate using lilly humatrope just now or Pfizer pen, 6 iu on training days only split into 2/3 doses

    No insulin yet will add that in once @jordan-peters says so mate any changes to plan I will post on here.
