    @jellevdd oh my man, if you scroll down my Instagram squat is my very much favourite exercise in any variation especially barbell BUT We have to do what’s going to yield the most growth and that is always going to be hacks or pendulums. You’ll find movements where you can brace your self against a pad ie hack/pendulum will always be more productive for hypertrophy work imo as there’s less focus on bracing your core and stabilising your self with free weight. On a hack you get in lock your self in tight brace your self in the machine and go IN on your legs fuckin hard.

    @ajmorris it was serious bud, especially after hacks! Really loving the pendulum at the moment it’s unforgiving!

    Hi @danny-beckett it’s all good my man

    Page one or two is my current rebound cycle.

    Offseason I favour test prop primo with npp or eq. But again we will hit whatever doctor peters orders bud. We never do orals offseason and slin use has been only around 4 weeks last year. We will probably use a little more this year. Again more efforts are focused on all other aspects gear aside and their really making a difference. Offseason cycle is always nice and simple 🙂

    Unreal leg session with @jordan223 we both hit PBS’s on pendulum

    Hack I managed 360 for 7 next session il have the hack stacked with 20s so il switch to 25 plates and again aim to stack it out and then we’ll order some extenders for it.

    Pendulum by Watson, it’s probably the heaviest pendulum there is 95 kg for 5 with one hard grinder Lukas gave me a touch on.

    Training really is going great, everything in aspect of life outside the gym is on a great path so stress is minimal and I’m very happy and content at the moment so perfect environment to grow.

    I can’t stress enough how much your life and lifestyle impacts your progress in the gym. Bodybuilding really is about creating a happy life. You have to be happy and positive to make great progress and be healthy.

    @rotties my man I’ve got skills 😉 backloading I’m an actual pro haha

    I warm oil up on radiator or under armpit and bang it in, girlfriend does it 9x out of 10 so it’s her taking her time with it. Imo it’s best way nice and slow so it doesn’t leave lumps bumps or scar tissue! Patience is a virtue brother

    Slight drop in weight today 105.0, over all activity was slightly up yesterday as we had all the dogs for the day so did quite a lot of walking around with them until bull dogs had enough.

    Legs today, I’ve set a big goal for my hacks and pendulums today so will literally stay off my feet all morning unless I have to get up to go toilet or eat until I train. Big big session so I’m very excited to train. Will update later on what numbers we hit today 🙂

    No I would do 1 cc per muscle or if it’s larger muscle Ie lat or delt spread it away from each other again all person dependant you’ll find shooting little oil with such a little needle won’t give you issues or scar tissue 🙂

    Hey @xage I’m doing legs, bicep, tricep, chest, delts( mainly rears) lats & traps

    Using slin pins buddy so goes in great, pain wise I used to pin my ass with a green so daily injctetions don’t really bother me at all

    Rest day today before legs tomorrow so I have our therapist coming down to give me some much needed treatments to keep me fresh

    Rest days for me are always filled with recovery work and I always make sure I do all my jobs for the gym and online business on rest days so training days I can purely focus on training and that’s it 🙂

    Morning guys

    106.4/234lbs this morning nice little increase, it’s all good as condition is holding great and Strenght is flying right now so I’m very happy at the moment!

    Really itching to train on my days off but we have to do the necessary and not over kill 🙂

    I think we may hit around 110 in this shape at this rate before we hit a cruise 🙂 my training partner is looking leaner and getting heavier so same goal for him for me although I think we can push him a little higher 🙂

    Cruise is always around 8-10 weeks 500 mg total always test prop and primo and I won’t need any ai on a dose of test around 300 mg if him honest bud. So cruise will most likely be primo and prop around 200/300 prop 200/300 primo per week 🙂 all depends on what doctor peters prescribes my man 🙂

    @nazathul oh no bud I just find it so much more challenging touch below the knee, personally it’s where I’m weak and my back shows it. For me it’s the most challenging position to pull from especially paused. If it doesn’t challenge you or test you it isn’t worth doing! CHALLENGE YOUR SELF BROTHER
