    Good morning guys hope everyone is having a great weekend

    Pretty happy with the weighin 105.8 this morning after legs and a pretty large meal last night so we are 0.1 down after plenty of extra food so I was in need. Me and Lukas hit some good numbers yesterday so it was a deserved meal

    Had a really good steak with a pasta dish and plenty of bread sides with a pancake and few protein bars after

    Great check in with Jordan, we are both very happy with the look and condition which is holding well.

    Jordan has made slight changes to diet just increase in protein keeping carbs and fats the same. I’m happy with this I’m very hungry but it’s very much manageable and I’m happy to roll with whatever Jord prescribes.

    Morning gents hit 106.2 check in with Jordan today & another rest day before we hit legs tomorrow. Today il get my work and all my jobs done for the gym and try and get a nap in before I do meal prep for next 3 days later!

    Great push session again.

    3.5 pps on high incline smith for 5 and half ????
    High incline seated hammer press 4plates and 5 kg per side 5 reps again
    50kg dips for 5

    First working sets on main compounds, gives you an insight on poundages we are playing with.

    Had more therapy work from @danielledavies71gmail-com After my session to keep things fresh.

    Rest tomorrow and check in with Jordan then we hit legs Saturday!

    @migget hi bud

    Both the same just different rep range.

    For me dips hit everything tricep chest and delt…. it’s a compound so use the grip that feels best I wouldn’t class it as a chest or tricep movement it’s alway both no matter how close or wide you go. Find your sweet spot that feels best!

    Good morning gents.

    105.5 this morning, we have push with leg top up later. Feel good and woke up pretty dry so things are looking up. Sleep is great at the moment wake up 20 minutes before my alarm daily so that’s a huge bonus!
