    You can only blast for so long before body needs a rest and a break, I’m due a cruise now, last 3 days appetite has completely gone sleep has gone down hill and I’m feeling lethargic and tired so tren eq is out straight away along with tbol and il await further instructions from Jordan once we nail plan for the cruise.

    I don’t go off bodyweight I go off look and pictures body weight is just a nice guide 🙂

    Cardio is still 20/25 mins fasted every day apart from leg day.

    1 whole egg 5 egg whites
    40 g whey isolate
    100 g cream of rice
    20g raisins

    M2 pre
    Extra salt here
    100g flank or wild salmon
    150g turkey
    50g prawn
    300g potatoes or 80g cream of rice
    100g pineapple
    2 rice cakes
    200 ml coconut water.
    5 g oil

    Intra
    30g pepto pro
    20g eaa
    40g cyclic dextrose (55g back & leg day)
    10g glutamine

    M3 post
    Extra salt here
    75g whey isolate
    150g cream of rice
    2 caramel rice cakes
    20g raisins
    ( back and legs 4 caramel rice cakes )

    M4 post post
    220g prawn
    100g pasta
    100g fruit

    M5
    Turkey 250g 50g prawn
    300g potatoes
    5 g oil

    M6
    250g flank
    50g prawn
    80g pasta or 1 bagel and crumpet

    60g iso whey
    300g fat free Greek yoghurt

    Good morning guys hit 108.8 on yesterday’s check in, feel great things are going very well. Slight changes to diet listed below drugs still same for another 3 weeks I believe and then we cruise. Blood work isn’t too far off so we are in a great position. I have great people around me so life is good and that reflects much on progress we make

    @jeannie-de-gray-birch hey it’s between 1.5-2.5 hours always around 2 hour mark if I’m honest. 🙂 mostly eat when I’m ready for my meal
