You can only blast for so long before body needs a rest and a break, I’m due a cruise now, last 3 days appetite has completely gone sleep has gone down hill and I’m feeling lethargic and tired so tren eq is out straight away along with tbol and il await further instructions from Jordan once we nail plan for the cruise.
I don’t go off bodyweight I go off look and pictures body weight is just a nice guide 🙂

Good morning guys hit 108.8 on yesterday’s check in, feel great things are going very well. Slight changes to diet listed below drugs still same for another 3 weeks I believe and then we cruise. Blood work isn’t too far off so we are in a great position. I have great people around me so life is good and that reflects much on progress we make
