@patrick94 t4 is essential in my opinion when using gh so that’s reason behind it as gh can slow thyroid down I believe

@robby-johnston hi mate, I do have yoghurt in offseason pre comp no bud I stay away no particular reason I just like the basic foods 🙂

@robby-johnston yes I know plenty that do, however I really do think it will affect you badly over time so I would really advise to hold of tren and use it when it’s NEEDED imo there’s no need in offseason unless your doing a mini cut 🙂

@ambush hi bud it’s a period post show which is the ‘rebound’ or a period coming out of an hard diet

I wouldn’t bother with hcg during a cruise or cycle bud.

I respond very well to npp and that dose of test for me will be on higher side so I will see some great results from this without having to add anything else or going higher.

I don’t do tren in offseason generally buddy, use it when it’s needed which is always prep bud

@jellevdd aromasin is much less harsh than adex. Prefer to save adex for prep then it will really make a diff if it isn’t touched in offseason
