    Lower volume a touch, and see how goes. Keep frequency up.

    Remember you need to asses the volume for recovery. More frequent you hit a body part more opportunity to grow bud.

    Hit them twice but no more than 8/10 working sets buddy is my advice for sure, your volume is a touch high still for me 🙂

    Muscle sorness to me also doesn’t mean that much tbh. Don’t be married to be sore or having a massive pump. Be married to getting stronger and keeping form perfect.

    If I’m totally honest with you

    Dhb at 200 mg would probably make your arm or ass feel like it’s going to fall off. If it hasn’t at that dose in 1 ml it’s 110000% not dhb buddy!

    Sorry for asking but is it around the time when she’s on her period ? That might have a lot to do with it…. my girlfriend has the same issue…. apart from her calories are prob just under 3000 atm

    1 mg adex oed

    0.5 caber every 5 days
    25 mg proviron am
    25 mcg t3 100 mcg t4
    8 iu gh training days
    0 rest days

    Cardio is at 25mins am fasted every day but leg day.

    Diet I sent over a few pages back with an update guys

    Got my blood work back oestrogen is higher than expected, spoke to jay he said my aromasin isn’t right so we drop that now as it has done nothing to lower my estro now I’m back on cycle and switch to adex at 1 mg eod drop the tamoxifen but keep a little proviron in and run a little caber to bring the prolactin down a touch too!. I’m going to run bloods again in 3 weeks to see where estrogen is at. Attached blood work @drdeanstmart can probably explain those more!

    As rich said bud find your grove but always scapula down and retract and keep in a tight place
    Before any pressing I always do warm up ups with the band, easy shit I will post it up… alternatively eugen teo has some videos on his Instagram I use. Then I move on to scapula retractions on a machine tooo check my push video for that.

    Military press or any other press use elbow placement that suits you

    They are generally strips they would get from a physio I personally use a red thin one!

    Play about with rep range & as Claire said swap them out max out on that then return and try to beat it 🙂

    What do you define as “fluff work” mate? Just out of curiosity.

    What length do you go to when it comes to logging exercises? I.e. Do you log lifts such as bicep/ tricep isolation work, calf work etc or is it mainly the bigger/ compound lifts?

    I log everything mate all isolation work and calf work and try to progress all!

    Fluff work is just stuff that doesn’t tax me so all isolation work 🙂

    What is your opinion on using t4 to counter the effect of GH?

    Personally mine came back In the low of normal range since using GH.. wondering if i should add some t4 to get it slightly higher.

    Yes sir 100mcg on gh is optimal imo from experience:) that’s just what I do
