Not true at all bud I use isolate and almond butter pre bed. Use it anytime no set rules as for digestion it will always take a little longer if it isn’t consumed on its own

From what I can gather, I would advise on doing upper/lower split rest and repeat buddy.
Trust me if you really want to grow your wasting a lot of time training single body parts per day.

I was always guilty of trying to force food when I’m sick… it’s worst thing you can do in that state your body won’t be in a position to digest and handle much calories.
No junk at all either that will make you worse
As hilly said aminos and whey isolate with some oats and almond butter will work

i cut mk677 to half dosage. i read that under 15mg day not hit fbg. how fast fbg can drop? week or two mayby. and i read that fbg is not very good mark always. better measure 2h after meal, but my test trips end. must order more.
but i take now berberine at night.Keep monitoring it bud and make sure it’s all in check buddy!

Personally I would start with 3 on 1 off push pull leg rest repeat and occasionally do 2 off if needed.
Are your legs a real strong point for reason of doing them once ?

yes kuban. Your right. just measure fbg and its increase 6.4. last time while ago 5.4. fuck thats alot more. must cut mk677 to minimum and get value down. almost 7 and that is diabetic.
