    Honestly bud there is absolutely 0 need to even worry about this if you can’t afford MPs just use some eaa or clear iso

    It literally won’t make ANY difference for you in doing so if all your variables are nailed down and you are taking in your protein

    Key is digest ability and this is where MPs wins the race

    if you made that much progress from just 175mg testosterone then i would be tempted to just rinse the same process again

    start with 250-300mg

    Run for 8-10 weeks – assess – if things look to be going just as good and the first time then stick with it.

    if you decide you want to push further simple bump up 100mg from initial dose.

    I would get bloods done at that 8-10 week mark just for information on were E2 is incase at some point you start noticing some negative sides and need to alter things a little

    I would go with just testosterone increase initially

    Your first “cycle” can last up to a year

    Go up 50 mg at a time ( literally)

    So now you rinsed 175mg for 14 weeks

    Let’s go 250 mg or 225 mg and see how progress moves for next 6-8 weeks then keep assessing

    Add more when you need more

    You could spend next 6 months progressing climbing 50 mg at a time up to 500 mg total

    Rather than secondary compounds I would look to keep total MG of androgens lower and add Gh for synergy & low dose of insulin if food is high

    No I would start with lantus long acting 10 iu with m1 Daily if your food is high enough

    Pull day was epic

    Ran my usual set up

    2 Single arm row
    3 citadel pull down
    2 Tbar
    2 prime row
    3 single arm lat row
    1 shrug
    3 bicep
    3 reverse cable fly

    I adjusted this session to hit more lat work by swapping upper back pull down for single arm lat row at the end, hits spot perfectly and I feel like this will sit a lot better now having more quality work towards lats

    Here I would aim for around 220g of direct protein as literally bare minimum for someone of your bodyweight

    Hey Kuba, I have a question, If I just want to grow as much muscles as possible everywhere in my body and I am not really advanced in size and strength, what would be your favorite split to build as much muscle as possible. Would it be Full Body eod? Or something else? training experience 2 years.

    In this case I would honestly drop the npp

    Lower test and increase mast a touch

    The bloods here with our estrogen & test is skewed by use of npp – high prolactin again driven by npp

    If you feel good i would not stress

    Pull day 259 lbs

    Push went superb, load and rep progressions across all session.

    Super happy with how things moved, sleep is back absolutely mega and we are fully on track with moving back up. Bodyweight coming up nicely without forcing a thing so all is on point.

    Key now is moving up exactly at this pace.

    3 lateral
    2 fly
    3 dumbbell
    2 high incline press
    2 dip
    3 overhead ext
    3 lateral into 1 press up

    3 sets of dumbbell more so for skill felt great

    I was thinking about Primo, but normally get bad pip when using it, but would you say halving my current masteron dose and adding primo as the other half would be a good choice, alongside the test and npp?

    This would make sense and lowering npp would be a better option too 🙂

    It can help you control the estrogen if it’s a problem, but I don’t think it improves general cycle as such

    I would do a

    200 calorie bump on training day from carbs
    150 rest day from carbs / fats

    Add this in and see how weight moves

    Appetite has come up nicely since coming back from vegas and some digestive discomfort shifted now too.
