Double rest for me and double high day
Extra 250 carb yesteday and no steps – same again today – weight hasn’t really moved I feel a bit better today but not fully where I need to be so another rest and then legs tomorrow and back to full work tomorrow.
Will do pics tomorrow and compare too see how the look is after food.

Leave calories the same and just make adjustment in expenditure first
Monitor give it a week if weight holds then add more cals

Cut your steps in half at least and reduce cardio down to 15 minutes
Right now you are going to absolutely trash your recovery – doing this you will likely get much stronger and let your body come to life much more.
You won’t put any unwanted BW on this only happens if you go off rails with nutrition so don’t stress
Focus on training not steps – time to grow

You are taking in a lot of products separately here that you can mail from love heart / heart care and vital support – that would be my go to instead of sn kidney – I would also go higher on d3 k2 and higher on omega pharma pro

Sleep was pretty trash and woke up feeling pretty smashed – high day and no steps
Look pretty deflated and tried too so need to rest today and eat, tomorrow will asses and see how visuals are – if I feel no better I will take double rest.

Pull day –
Session was very good, felt flat and little tired but nothing major. Sleep is a touch up and down but still moving forward, posed pwo and 100% look a little deflated but that’s prep.

Push day – sleep was pretty shitty and weight held and no real bowel movement either so I am expecting a decent shift across this week

What is the reason for guilt ? Are you doing an off plan then over doing it ?
Off plan meals for most are not problematic, what becomes problematic is people smashing 2 burgers and large chips at 5 guys plus shakes then thinking it’s ok and they will grow from it …. Just get fat and inflamed

Test and mast for me here would be great option
Low dose of npp or tren could go a long way as a combo if you can tolerate it well again depending on your risk / reward ratio.
Test mast gh slin is going to be still the best here imo especially gh and slin added to mix giving you plenty of synergy and keeping you leaner if you used it correctly

New low in bodyweight 246.2 feeling much much leaner, comparing shots this year I am leaner now than I was at 5 weeks out so I am pleased for sure!

Too low – dry skin, clicky joints low mood and low patience
