    The issue here isn’t with anavar, it’s likely with your set up, drugs won’t fix errors on our part or magically aid in performance to such a huge extent – performance enhancing drugs not performance creating

    Big drop in weight, took pics and deffo need to eat up – 430 carbs extra and resting all day.

    Body got the memo we are in prep and changes are coming through thick and fast now so we move.

    Feeling decent, Deload soon as I can feel my sleep just getting horrible now, last one was over 5 weeks ago so I am about due , generally start to feel it about now.

    Legs epic session ticked off today, I will move forward with basically same leg day just diff leg press and hack and RDL every 5 days at the end I’ve been hitting 80s for a tidy set of 8 at the end which is epic for me.

    Fresh I think I’d do 12/3 most I ever did in past was like 8/9with dbells

    Strength wise I am probably strongest I’ve been across lifts with no sleeves – if I added sleeves I would deffo throw more plates on lol I’m loving hitting sessions without currently it’s forcing me to be extremely accurate.

    Cybex Leg ext x2
    Arsenal leg press banded 10 pps x9 8 x10
    Atlantis hack 8 pps x8

    New low again 244.8 and feeling much leaner, flatter yes but substantially leaner so no issues don’t feel bad at all so we keep on moving. Body is in a very good spot so let’s get it.

    Rest day today, 0 issues just same drill plenty of work some house work as meg isn’t here and cracking on.

    Hey brother, I would run primo or mast alongside of it.

    Both compounds offer a lot when it comes to performance and no additional warer + some control of estrogen from test use

    Cycle length imo should be dictated by bloods / goals to a degree 12-20 weeks in some guys I generally run bloods at end of planned cycle if bloods come back good and they aren’t fat / still progressing we extend

    Sounds reasonable what you have in your mind

    In terms of my cruise dose before going back on cycle I was thinking 400mg of total weekly androgens spilt 200mg of test C and 200mg of primo – from reading what people have said on here I like the effect primo has on E2 – joints etc with work/lifestyle.

    Would this be a total weekly dose you would be happy for someone to cruise on or would you want to see it higher/lower.

    I’d probably let my body have 4 months cruising

    Then 12-20 weeks as you suggested with 300mg test & 300mg primo with the potential for trying mast

    Sounds reasonable bud, for cruise I’d probably want 300 mg max then cycle 600 /700 would be better bud imo

    New low in bodyweight this week 245.8 – much leaner and little flatter but feeling ok regardless

    Stressful day as someone cut me up and scraped my car but it is what it is doesn’t matter it’s a piece of metal so who cares prep is going well and that’s what matters most to me.

    So we keep moving forward! Decent pull day ticked off so we keep on rolling with it!

    Slowly reverse diet, don’t rush your weight going up – 0.5 kg per week max is what you should aim for here do this for 2/3 months then go back to a deficit

    11 weeks out today bud, leaner today than I was at 5/6 out so I am very very pleased. On track for what my goals are this year.

    247 this morning, back down and a lot leaner.

    Training performance was epic yesteday, just need to try and fix up the sleep a little more as it is still a little off and it did not help with clock change today lol.

    Onward we push, I think I can be very very lean at 240 then once we cross that it’s game on to be peeled!

    Honestly pay 0 attention to it

    It has 0 contribution to your process or progress.

    Lift heavy with good execution and effort. Progress your lifts, eat in a calorie surplus and there you go progress happens.

    Pump does fuck all yes but

    If you train properly you will get a huge pump regardless. Focus on creating as much tension on the muscle as possible and do above you’ll be sweet.

    Training for a pump will not do much for you.

    Safe long term, thyroid bounces back really fast in healthy inviduuals

    Gh will down regulate t4 – makes sense to use t4 to mitigate this

    Dosages – use baseline TRT and then adjust based of blood work

    Personally I go every 5-7 weeks – I generally
    know I will need one then, I tend to almost pre plan them as I can easily just ignore it and keep going until I am totally trashed

    Harder you train more often you’ll need rest / Deloads
