    Rest day – back to work today and feeling fucking epic!

    Ready to get to it, the look was ok my legs are flat but it is what it is will be better next week once we get some sessions in.

    247 after training and higher food yesteday – last high day today and last day of diet break / Deload – tomorrow cals come back down and Clen comes back in

    Sleep was epic, feeling positive and ready to get back to it

    Todays session

    2 ham curl
    2 extension
    1 leg press
    1 hack
    1 lying ham curl
    1 calf

    15 sets usually here today 8 total which is perfect for me – removing RDL today as did pull yesteday and it’s the most taxing.

    Itching now to get back to work – will do some pics tomorrow and see how it’s looking.

    Day 3 of rest, climbing up fucking walls now, up at 4:50 straight in office for a power hour small walk / pose and vaccum back to work

    In that first 4 hours in morning I can get SO much fucking work done then I can chill for the day and do all small updates and jobs.

    Feel great, waking up before my alarm and woke up fresh today so I’m pleased. Plan is to drvolume tomorrow and day after – I will see how sleep is tonight and how I feel in morning also if I’m not feeling epic il rest again but honestly I’m feeling fucking ready!

    Are you lean enough ? Hardness does not come from drugs – this comes from low body fat so are you fat free ?

    Day 2 of rest weight is holding and look is decent this morning so I’m happy.

    One more potentially 2 and we can get back to work!

    Body is waking me up at 4:50 now so time to get in bed a touch earlier so I am still getting my 9 hours.

    Busy busy morning but also extremely productive when I wake early I get so much more done which is epic.

    I would work around it – use your log book and log whataver exercise you do
    This way you have tracking of various movements ( Incase you need to use them as swaps ) so that you can still track your progres

    This is a case of making most out of bad situation and focusing on effort, intensity and execution

    Don’t over think minutia just focus on effort and quality of your work

    Time for my Diet break / Deload plan listed below for this week, I’ve been stepping forward a lot and it has been over 5 weeks since last Deload so I think it’s time as sleep has been wrecked and I feel some signs creeping in now.

    Plan of action

    Removing clen today –

    3 days rest – starting today
    pull de vol / legs de vol

    Sunday Monday Tuesday rest

    Wednesday pull de vol 11 sets total
    Thursday legs de vol 7 sets total
    Friday back to work with lower food and clen + activity –

    Steps will be kept as low as possible, meg is away so it’s just my house work nothing else.

    Once I get back to work il hop back on previous set up and I will wait 4/5 days to see if food needs pulling down more.

    Push Saturday as usual volume wise

    Do you have particular supps you use for immune health, started a prep and picked up about 4 viral things one after the other for literally the last 8 weeks straight! Wondered how and if you have any dealings with this, glutathione with vitamin C I’ve been pointed towards so far. Use most of the JP range, vital, omegas, curcumin, vit k2 d3, love heart, heart care, just started mega dosing vit c. Kuba10 obviously

    I don’t take glutathione or vit c

    Immune system is mainly down to your food / hitting your micronutrient needs – supps can support that but ultimately its diet that does the trick.

    Apart from chest infection that I didn’t need to take antibiotics for I haven’t been sick since Covid in 2020, I Attribute this down to diet & omega intake + vitd3 k2 at 10,000 iu daily[/quote]

    Cheers for the response, I will try nailing down even harder on the micro nutrients and look to double my omega and d3k2 intake. Unfortunately I work in a very busy place full of greedy contractors who come to work even when sick etc, fire doors always closed so everyone is touching everything and it just spreads like fire. Up at 4am for cardio then working 12/13 hours a day then having to train and getting 5-6 hours sleep probably doesnt help. Saw your ice bath video from a while back where Meg thought it was going to be hilarious watching you get in, so we ordered an ice bath off the back off that to see if that helps too lol! Cheers bud

    Thank you for advice mate, was doing upper lower rest currently. Will find a sauna to put into the plan. I was on your excellence program for a few months so have some other workouts to look at. Only reason I stopped is with my work I’m not allowed phones and I was at work when all the calls took place etc.
    What micro nutrients do you have on a daily basis? I’ve moved some macros around and put in 500g of blueberries and raspberries into the plan, along with extra greens asparagus, brocolli etc.

    It makes a huge difference alongside of the health supps!
