Mast imo doesn’t lower estrogen as much as primo does
Primo I find gives a much fuller look and generally see more out of it
Some just cannot tolerate it and some do better with mast so this is where you simply trail and error and workout what’s best for you.
IMO primo is worth it I get 10x more from it mg for mg, both have diff properties so I run a small amount of mast but mostly primo alongside ( my personal experience )
I trail both with clients and see what they feel best off ( also take into account affordability and availability )

Switch to machines and re set your loading – you wil have much less stability going into pressing when lighter so it always takes a slight hit

Rest day new low 243.8 even with a shitty sleep
Feeling pretty good regardless and a very busy day, had to be up early to box work / steps off before my dentist appointment at 8:40 had to have a tooth taken out which isn’t the most ideal but it was needed. Surprisingly hasn’t caused issues yet but will likely drop some pain killers pre bed so I don’t keep waking and get a good night of sleep.
All work boxed off early and no chilling from
5 pm onwards.Early wake again tomorrow for check ins and then lecture to deliver on post show.

Legs today and 0 knee pain very happy
Some lifts held some progressed and some dropped ( first set on leg press only as I took piss with depth this time so progress really )
Very happy with how things are moving so let it continue!

I implement HRT doses when I start diet
Makes no sense waiting until your metabolism slows down then adding imo – I like to be proactive with this and more so use it as a preventive measure keeping metabolism in a good spot

Too much body fat and visceral fat mainly expands the waist & Ofcourse binging and large meals overfeeding will
Volumising food slightly imo does nothing for waist at all especially if it’s just water.

Mix of both some muscle and some water weight
Pct – new research suggests it isn’t as effective and your body just needs time to recover, it makes absolutely 0 sense to pct if your looking to go back on cycle it does more harm than good

Back to work both push and pull was epic, weight already down to 244.2 after a few days back at it and with returning back to previous set up – Body seems to just want to move nicely, so I’m very happy!
Just need to keep on ticking boxes now
Both push and pull performance was class so I’m super happy!
Rest day today usual business – busy work day, massage work, sauna and recovery boots later before legs tomorrow.
Will get a nice early night tonight too!
Meg won her show ( should have won last week too) so I am super happy one more show to go and home time to focus on the Olympia and making improvements for that.
