    Adex for me – it really make a a huge difference – don’t come off cold turkey after run Aromasin for a week after at half eod so you don’t get estro rebound

    Yes I need direct glute work, at this point / close to show hip hinge isn’t going to do anything for me but drive fatigue. Time and a place for those lifts and 6 weeks out it’s not.
    I ran hip hinge every 5 days for 8 months and saw little to no return for me I get very little from it so I will re think my programming.

    Glute drive / hip thrust directly train glutes it’s what I need more of so makes sense to run that

    Push day – weight holding but no bowel movement so probably a few lbs of poop sitting in there, sleep is taking a hit so soon be time to enhance it a little for this last bit of prep I’ve been holding off but now glutes are coming through this is where sleep drops off a touch.

    Push day today, usual business feeling pretty good and very ready to get stuck into this week of work, my goal is to see glutes come through a lot more over next 2 weeks then re set a little and push for another 2 then be ready for peak.

    On track for this plan to materialise!

    Then run bloods. Assess the response and go from there buddy

    Primo and mast are interchangeable – they have differnt properties you would still be taking same amount of drugs ( adding primo does not make it more risky just makes more sense for what you need ) no more risk just smarter choice

    Rest day – 239.8 dropped off a lb even with high day yesteday, feeling good and the look is good today, glutes are starting to peel through now so I’m pleased

    Back to work today and I’m very very ready for it, posing daily 2 rounds now and making sure vaccum work is daily also.

    Will make sure I not only present a pro worthy physique but all that comes alongside of it with it too

    Why would you use an I if you feel good ?

    Why do you need to bring down your e2 ? Are you having any sides ?

    If I’m on 300/300 of each bro at this dose of test I’m holding a lot of water and have bloat, and slightly puffy nipples also which tells estrogen is too high. For me masteron doesn’t seem to bring my e2 down at all it just acts like a serm whereas primo does massively bring my e2 down hard[/quote]
    2 options that are smarter

    Swap some mast for primo
    Or lower test and increase your primo

    No need to add more drugs on top of drugs when you can just adjust the stack to suit

    Couple of lbs up and still pretty flat today so another high day going in – posed for meg and still pretty empty so running similar set up today and leg day – lowered clen and steps kept minimal – pics tomorrow and we take it from there, visually a lot harder in areas today too especially my glutes so I’m excited for this week when we get back to work. 6 weeks out yesteday and time is flying so cannot wait to smash the rest of this prep, so far it has been incredible.

    Can’t wait for legs later.

    You need to get lean, super simple. Less body fat you have more detial appears ( some have more detail than others )

    Rest today & high day hit a new low again today and very very flat but also a lot more detail so it was worth it pushing for a little bit more for sure.

    Diet for today below. Feeling pretty good but certainly need to eat today, 237 today and leaner than I was at 228 last time comparing pics, so I’m on track.

    New low today and pull day – will push on for a bit more off before I fill back up, a lot more new lines and detail crept through today so I am mega pleased.

    Pull session today with bax no changes but I do think volume may need to come down soon, so far I haven’t seen any drop offs in perfomance so 0 need to adjust.

    Bax is over for a few days from Singapore so will be nice to catch up and get some sessions in.
