Morning guys, 2 lbs up and feeling / looking way better still empty especially when posing but this is fine the goal here is not to actually carb up the goal here is to drop fatigue ready to attack the last portion of prep. Sleep was way better last night so I am pleased.
No clen and rhr dropped into high 50s lol least the clen is decent, feeling very good today – today will be de volume legs & high day then 3 days rest ( will be hard to do I won’t lie ) I will just pose daily and crack on with work & catch up.

Deload and diet break time
Clen getting removed for next 5 days- food up ( 780 carb today ) minimal steps and total rest.
I’m ahead and fatigue got high plus big big drop in bodyweight so ideal timing now to drop some fatigue – Deload / diet break then back to work Monday fresh and ready to finish job, I have about 2 weeks of fat loss to be ready ready so timing wise this is perfect.
Test is getting lowered to 200 mg mast going up by 100 from Saturday

Big new low but I’m not entirely fucked yet so I’m pushing for an extra day as I will need a Deload soon so I’d rather push harder and then Deload / diet break
Pull day – again had to dig deep to match but this is where I absolutely thrive, harder the fucking better so game the fuck on
Woke up very flat but also probably leaner than I was at 2 weeks out especially from back so it’s fucking ON!
Usual pull day and actually matched all numbers so I’m pleased.

Push day – new low 236.6 and getting leaner daily now, changes are coming fast now – big push this week before I Deload so aiming to really dig in then re set and final push for the show.
Strenght held across all lifts today but it was much much harder again needed to really dig hard to uphold performance.

I wouldn’t add any food get back to normal set up – high days here would just slow you down – I’d like to see a higher rate of loss initially

Rest day, weight is down a touch again, feeling ok fatigue is there but nothing I can’t handle
Today will crack on with usual business, work already done so steps / sauna and more steps to tick off for the day.
We push on from here, 5 weeks out today and I’m getting excited but now is time to make sure the shreds are coming and they certainly are 😈

Perfect thank you all, I’ve got hold of some pharma adex which I’ll start on Monday, 0.5mg EOD and see where that leaves me at the end the week.
In terms of coming off adex, as kuba mentioned don’t come off cold turkey and implement aromasin for one week after. I can’t get hold of any pharma aromasin, what would be another protocol to take as to coming off it? If I kept running adex after my show for example 1.5mg or less per week would that keep lowering my E2 or would it just sit at a Z range with with taking the same weekly dosage?
I do have access to nolvadex and proviron? If that would help not letting my E2 rebound too much too

Add proviron and lower your test makes more sense

Rest day new low of 237 and no bowel movement, flat but exactly where I need to be at this point.
Glutes are pulling through a lot now, I will be leaner than show last time in a bout a weeks time. Things are moving very well, still got gh to pull which holds a chunk of water and stack adjustments to see more water loss too so lots to play with still to get more and more detailed
