    234 lbs this morning back to my lowest yet and dramatically tighter, I’m leaner now than I was last time on show day with 3 weeks and 1 day to go.

    Pleased but not satisfied, certainly very very determined to keep this pushing and keep getting the job done, key now is getting the next 3/4 lbs off then pull out gh and I’m about there. I will probably dip a decent bit below 230 but then show day should be around there, considering I was like 220 my lowest last time it’s a big jump.

    Will lower volume a touch if I need to il see how I feel, so far feeling good so game on.

    Rest day

    Usual business – busy day full of check ins, posing 4/5 rounds and sauna more posing and steps

    Fatigue is fine, bodyweight is dropping and the looks is changing, can’t be moaning just got to keep stepping forward now 🙂

    Leg day and another drop in bodyweight so we are flying after this diet break, look is changing daily which makes me happy I feel extremely determined, some fatigue is present but honestly off back of the rest both mentally and physically very ready to dig in and get job done, taking pics and checking in daily so just making sure everything is trending in right direction visuals wise from the front I’m ready ready from the back little more to go from the glutes and mid back to be inside out, once the back comes in front will be nasty.

    Still have gh to pull out and for me it makes a huge diff with detail and some water loss – when I drop it I will add more orals ( some believe they don’t add anything but performance I strongly disagree as I change a lot with addition of winstrol )

    Usual leg day today and acrually progressed leg press by a rep and leg ext by a rep with better reps so I was absolutely over the moon.

    Good morning, weight is lower and the look is dramatically different again with some training back in and freshened up.

    Rest day today, usual business lots of client work 2 new set ups to finish, steps, sauna, tissue work and hopefully try and get a nap in early this afternoon.

    Time to buckle up and get the job done!

    Every day is looking pretty much the same, I love and wouldn’t have it any other way!

    Slowly dropping cals from both will need to happen, key is making sure we stay in a deficit that’s the key

    Pull day, epic session, nothing to report already 3.8 lbs down after first day back on it I’m expecting to be back in new lows over next 3/4 days if I’m honest, feeling great, determined to absolutely get inside out so time to get the job done.

    Back to work today – back in gym and back into a deficit, very fucking ready woke up posed 3 rounds took pics and straight into work block then steps.

    Feel great, now time to get inside out. Game time.

    Push day and usual business session wise no changes at all.

    Hi mate been watching your videos regarding deloads which I’ve never done but tick all 10 signs for needing one😂so I understand upping your food on a diet break during prep but how do you adjust food on a push up when taking a Deload cheers

    Sean in offseason I would just rest and eat your rest day food

    Final day of diet break – bodyweight actually dropped a touch so crazy only added 5 lbs and food has been consirneltu at 780 carb 5100 cals over last 5 days, very very good sing and rhr dropped down to 57 today so as you can imagine I feel super fresh

    I am very very ready to get back to work tomorrow, legit cannot wait! Will get back to usual set up and add in clen tomorrow so that will put me in a big deficit again with steps back up, can’t wait, plan is to be ready totally at 10 days out and we are on track for that exactly

    Sounds like you need to get lean and remove some of the processed food and potentially asses your choice of off plan eating

    Diet break day 4/5 feeling very good and certainly looking a lot more alive today, physique has really got a lot of pop back and I haven’t actually spilled just look leaner and fuller so we are exactly where we need to be and this is perfect data for peaking as to what I will need to actually fill / spill.

    Monday will get back to work, tomorrow il asses I have been running same food daily and same again today 780 carb 50 fat 380 p 5100 cals – can’t wait to get back to work and drop the calories this is the part I hate the most backing off but it’s also the part that can make you or break you ( you need to earn the right to do this first and make sure condition is where it needs to be) I will be ready at 2 weeks / 10 days out totally based of where I am now so I am fucking itching to get back to work now

    If your already peeled further depletion won’t do anything but drive fatigue

    First you need to get fresh, if your tired your body won’t actually store much glycogen but just use it as fuel and likely drop weight

    Cutting water will make you hold water and lead to you getting flatter and softer

    If most go protein and fat only will flatten off fast, adjust food to hold the look pro fat makes no sense to hold glycogen

    Natural diuertic will flatten you off 0 need imo same for caffeine won’t help in any way ( some can first thing to aid in going toilet for n2)

    1 week out you would lower expenditure / remove cardio if doing any lower lipoltics then load over 3 days or ondulating loading from 7/10 days out of truly ready

    Water up when you carb up then reduce back down to previous or slightly lower toward day before or show day

    Friday diet break n3 – today + 2 more days and it’s go time, 238 today and visually much tighter fresher and slightly fuller – this week is giving me the feedback and Reference point that I need for peaking so it is all valuable feedback that I will have to use for actual peaking

    Today I will run same food as Wednesday
    780 carb 380 p 50 fat 5100 calories
    Steps minimal – will take pictures tomorrow and asses.

    Posing every day now with holds and feeling more confident too.
