Rest day and new low feel great minus shit sleep but it will be up and down now regardless feeling great and cracking on
Routine is epic work is great so I feel on top of the world, fatigue is there yes but I love this bit as I lean into it.
Usual day woke up early stuck into work and then 25 minutes posing followed by steps and deep tissue work then more work and sauna – usual rest day then will Switch off later once I do more work

New low today 232 and surpassed my last years condition, I will pull gh 2 weeks out as I do hold a chunk of water with it so that will see me pull a chunk more detail through, I am pretty much almost ready now so it’s a case of digging a little more then being able to peak for last 10 days ish
Legs today dropped a rep on hack ( one rep since 9/10 weeks with same load is good )
Other than that upheld performance across all lifts so I’m pleased

I keep carbs in daily – just lower carbs / calories accordingly for rest day
I always need 800/1000 calories more on training day
So I eat to my needs – more on training day less on rest as I rest ( still eating in surplus but also same in prep )

So definitely going to run a full few rest days to get back feeling on top.
Done all work, meals, steps, jobs etc needed for today but just feel I need to lay down which is not like me
Today will be the second rest day hopefully will be back feeling more like me after another day of rest Tomorrow and then we can decide what to do from there

Rest day – usual business
Up – pose, work – pose – walk physio and sauna
Added a little more caffeine now so far I have been caffeine free rest days and just doing 3 shots pre workout so addition now will be helpful for those last few weeks to get job done, glutes are coming in and everything is getting tighter and tighter so I am pleased.
Will be ready perfectly on time, for now we just march on and on.

I always run time and heart rate goal
Calories burned is total BS imo and never accurate

234 lbs this morning back to my lowest yet and dramatically tighter, I’m leaner now than I was last time on show day with 3 weeks and 1 day to go.
Pleased but not satisfied, certainly very very determined to keep this pushing and keep getting the job done, key now is getting the next 3/4 lbs off then pull out gh and I’m about there. I will probably dip a decent bit below 230 but then show day should be around there, considering I was like 220 my lowest last time it’s a big jump.
