Same weight again today, less sleep and smaller bowel movement so likely leaner and tighter, few more days left of digging and it’s time to peak, I will likely start by backing off steps from Friday, food won’t be needed to be adjusted yet I will want to first drop fatigue and lowering steps / lipolitics will take care of this intially going into the peak next week.
This prep has flown by, it has been crazy but feelin very decent all things considering I am probably running on adrenaline as the look is alright.

Gh has been cut in half so far I will remove it when I start peaking then I leave it out totally until offseason
New low today very flat but also by far leanest and skin is getting very thin, almost ready to peak now, few more days now to get job done and it’s time to back off and start peaking.

Stressful leg day personal phone decided to pack in so went to Apple and they was useless bought a new phone and back in tomorrow to get screen changed on old one as still under warranty then transfer over and sell the old one, another prep spend but luckily it’s a business expense so fine.
Legs new drop ( 2.5 lbs done and super flat so high day today and legs
Lifts held up very well so I am pleased – food went down like nothing – didn’t do anything crazy just 750 carb today which won’t do much but let me finish this week strong so I can peak from Friday / Saturday will just need 4 more days fat loss max now

Rest day – weight up a touch but that’s from less sleep and no real bowel movement this morning as I was blocked up, usual business today
Up early, client updates as 2 competing today, check ins and new set up then onto steps and morning bits and 10 minutes of hard posing & pics
Added a coffee now on rest days and it’s helping a chunk with bowel movements so happy days

If your 18% body fat you need longer than 16 weeks I’d be looking more at 22 weeks 16 weeks you’d be looking at dropping a lot each week to get in shape and it would end with losing tissue

One more thing in off season its alreat decided that athlete going to hit this much of weight .
For example if someone is doing 30 weeks of off season ( mini cut and all included ) how much increase in weight have to except at the end of 30 weeks and at what rate weekly .

Slower the better 1/1.5 lbs a week max any more your getting fat fat and that is only if you start extremely leanIf not super lean less weight

Was epic to have Jordan over for the session, certainly much lower in energy now as fatigue is creeping in but nothing I can handle and it’s part of getting lean lean, leaner now than show day last time and 11 lbs heavier so it’s a win for me.

Push day – new low again and more lines creeping – feel decent fatigue is there but it’s where I need to be
Strenght helps superbly well today with push going in much lighter so I am super happy
