    Filled up well but nowhere near what I know I can so pushing for 1600 carb today so I can actually wake spill as so far I’m getting drier and 0 water whilst I eat which is mental.

    So high high day today so can back off a lot tomorrow.

    Pro 235
    Carb 1310
    Fat 38

    8.5 L water total
    14g salt 12g low salt

    1 lb up from yesterday and that was with added fats to slow me down and stop me going hypo all time, was rough lol

    Very little sleep last night so need to make sure I fill up hard today so I can back off on Saturday before show as I am very flat today but very ready to eat that’s for sure.

    Everything as planned today we travel so I will rest totally and do upper tomorrow for last session.

    Tomorrow will be ready for first day of actual loading

    730 carb in yesterday 0.2 down still very flat but sharper so same again today plus 30 g intea

    Tomorrow will load heavy 1300 carb low protein to around 200g f will be at 40 around 6.5 k calories, this should bring me to life.

    Body is very responsive right now and things are moving a long perfectly so time to keep this moving a long.

    Hey Kuba,

    Few questions, if you don’t mind.

    Do you have any resource/links you recommend in order to program exercise better i.e exercise selection or be a better coach in general?

    Who are you watching at the moment for workouts/educational videos?

    Principles that you like to apply for strength

    And principles for hypertrophy in your clients?

    Not sure if the questions are specific enough, I’m a physiotherapist that would love to better himself in exercise programming and take any other principles that I haven’t learned from uni

    Learn bio mechanics would be a great start Any decent book

    Then pre script – this will overt you for understanding how to actually pick exercises

    Rest isn’t specific enough I’m constantly learning and watching pretty much all things bb and new studies etc

    Added extra 80 carb to my usual yesterday and still dropped a lb so we are doing 730 carb today to bring me back up or I will not be able to fill up in time, I will still need the higher days planned but also can’t let body run away from us now so lower protein today fats as is and carbs going in today

    Pull day – slight drop in weight but significantly drier and extremely flat but that’s exactly where I need to be ready to start loading Thursday.

    Today usual TD food steps as low as possible, 14 sets total for session it’s my easy pull session so happy days

    Few more days and it’s time to fill up, looking at this trend I won’t need a low day before filling as I’m already flat so going lower would just suck me down too much goal now is to continue to drop fatigue and get fresh ready to fill up

    Push day today, Clen lowered calories at maintenance steps lowered.

    Feeling as good as I can, last shot of Gh this morning too so here where it gets fun haha I’m already above and beyond leaner than last time so with that removed now will get a chunk drier.

    Plan is to hold maintenance then maybe run low Wednesday ready to load Thursday Friday
    Back to maintaince Saturday day before show.

    Anyways, this is just a rough plan as always check in daily, asses the look and make decisions based of what I see and feel & megs feedback.

    Sounds like you need a rest, take a few days off ans you will be fine – I don’t think it’s diet or bf issue more so fatigue

    Numbers held and overall great session so I’m pleased

    Normal TD diet steps lowered, feeling as I can plan is to run maintance now then maybe a day or two low before loading thrusday / Friday
