Epic pull session, visually I am changing a lot so that’s pretty pleasing staying patient is really paying off, letting my bodyweight come up slowly and focusing on training is key
I feel absolutely epic, starving but that’s the enjoyable bit as I know this is where all the progress comes! I want to extend this as long as possible as this way not only you can grow longer but health markers are way better

2 iu is pretty much hrt, won’t do much imo
3/4 iu and above you will more positives – daily is best pre bed imo
Then as you progress it will likely need to come up if you have competitive goals if not 2-4 iu is great

So, u said u would not take coffein First thing in the Morning, just After 90 Minutes upon awake. I understand why – But how would you structure then
– Walk
-Cardio
-Workout ?
Just t3/t4 upon awake, then go for a Walk, then add the Clen before Cardio, then eat the Pre-Workout meal and before Training u would implement the coffein?

Yes very simple, wake up, take t3/4 ( Clen if I was using Clen ) health supps hydrate take BP & BG take a walk then eat workout and I would not do cardio around training at all if it was a necessity I would do it later in day or just do steps
Caffeine I would take in after m1 / pre workout

In one of your podcasts with Scott McNally, you responded to a question from someone asking what to do if they just want to get big and strong without caring about competing. You mentioned that assuming one starts at a lean enough point, they should do a push phase of 22 weeks to increase body weight by 40 lbs, then maintain the new body weight with a caloric maintenance and health phase for 4-6 weeks, followed by a 10-week cut to lose 20 lbs. After this, they should do another push phase for 20 weeks to add 30 lbs.
Assuming this would be someone’s first exposure to a proper cycle and proper hypertrophy programming (with TRT before and TRT with a sprinkling of Anavar on top for 2 weeks while training in a “powerbuilding” style with an emotional attachment to heavy barbell lifts), would you suggest doing the first push part with 300 mg (+40 lbs), then going back to TRT during the health phase of maintaining that weight. For the cut, should they go back to TRT as a newbie (150 mg)? And for the second push, would it be time to increase the total drugs to 500-600 mg? Cheers

300 mg is pretty much trt not realistic to be gaining 40lbs on this unless you are total generic phenomenon
I would advise moving between 400/500 and then back down to 250 /300 ish
Power building is fun but again not really going to lend it’s self to being able to push up like this to gain this sort of mass, focus on strength or growing doing both at the same time will leave you not growing much or getting strong er

Yes I keep thyroid hrt year round – dose comes up and down based of my bloods

Pull day, weight is holding at 239.4 and my glutes are still in so that’s a bonus I have never been this lean at this weight as it’s for sure very much within striking distance of stage condition, ideal start point for push up

Resting today, 101,5 kg this am.
Check in day today, a day early as we are going to UK tomorrow, coach gave feedback early just so I can prepare for tomorrow’s travel day, he really is awesome.
Plan of action is to reduce the output rather than increase food, which is totally fine with me. It also fits better in my schedule to walk less especially ok the days I work and have to really put some effort into moving and getting steps in.
Steps down from 12k to 10k, cardio remains only on push and pull days, as opposed to also doing it kn upler body days.
Plan here is also to reduce the fatigue on legs as they are super fucked from training them, less cardio will probably do the job.
Super super excited for tomorrow!!
