    I’m sure you’ve been asked this a million times, but with that ratio of test to primo how is your estrogen? Do you have bloods from a similar cycle like this?

    I don’t use a ratio, I use as much test as I can tolerate them make rest up of my total mg I need form primo and mast

    When your test is higher estrogen reading also will be I don’t base my cycles of bloods I base them of how I feel

    Feel emotional bloated and watery test too much struggling to get hard

    Opposite cranky joints, dry skin, no emotions, struggling to keep an erection poor sex drive
    Test too low

    Super simple listen to your body and feedback it gives you I do same with clients.

    Push day& pull day usual sessions both progressed a lot! – feeling great, the look is improving a lot I have posted pics up

    Drugs are low – food is relatively low training volume is moderate
    Loads of tools to play with

    Feeling very good, just need to keep this momentum up now! Loving the process which is all we can ask for!

    Leg session was class legs are fucked

    Today’s weight 242.2 food increase yesterday so I am expecting a nice rate of gain coming up here.

    I wouldn’t jump gun and adjust stack straight away

    If you are very lean you can tolerate higher test

    I work with some top end guys who cannot tolerate more than 350 mg test with 1000 primo and this drives their e2 too high

    I would run some bloods see where your estrogen is and then modulate the stack accordingly to keep estrogen in higher end of range.

    Pre prep diet looks differently for everyone

    For some it’s a small pull back in the health phase
    For some they need an actual diet before prep where they diet 6-10 weeks 40/30 weeks out then slowly reverse up and then go into a prep

    Term pre prep diet varies it all depends of what someone needs

    Rest day, food up and feeling great sleep was a touch iffy last night but over all feeling great just need to keep this momentum rolling now

    242s landing this week so we keep this moving, I want 250 with glutes in I’m going to make that happen

    Leg day , check in day busy work day and lecture day haha very intense morning with check ins the lecture & posing but we get job done, made some nice posing tweaks thanks to @MeganSylvester this morning, I feel like I am in such a good positive place mentally right now and it’s thanks to her, Jordan and my environment!

    So need to keep this up, legs today and food bump needed so will go 50 carb both TD and NTD

    Rest day, 242.2 today so weight seems to be moving again with no changes to food which is epic, so much tools Left to Play with and significantly tighter, I want to tick off 250 with glutes in / boxed and lower back lean then this gives me scope to push to 275 tidy, that’s what’s needed and potentially 280 if I don’t get too soft at that point.

    Usual routine, early wake straight to work followed by my morning walk I do 22 mins power walk daily, tissue work after sauna & work. Ground hog day just the way I like it same day in and day out.

    Appetite is epic and I am feeling decent, sleep a little broken last two nights but other than this we are flying.

    To Jordan a about some training stuff and it makes so much sense

    Spent a chunk more time in short ( we used to do this in programming and my back responded a lot ) so that’s coming back in, basically will repeat this for all lifts and make
    Them horrible and chase nasty pain – this will for sure lead to better stimulus imo and better progress

    Weight holding I will asses Thursday and likely take a food bump

    Epic leg day another session taking huge jumps in progression, pretty much hitting top of my rep ranges across all lifts now so I am super happy will be ready to now start slowly building up the loading, sleep was decent despite legs throbbing badly!

    We went out for my birthday to my favourite sushi place, had my usual platter with half rice ( 200g ) normal platter has 400 which matches my macro perfectly. That’s just my approach I like to be hunger and I don’t like to over feed and not control meals.

    Keep your rep ranges standardised

    Back off set is simply using less load for higher rep work – don’t concern your self with resistance profiles of machines for this just yet

    Set 1 8-10
    Set 2 12-15 ( back off set )

    Use this for compound work isolation work try to stick to 10-20 reps ideally

    As far as not feeling like lifting heavy …. Your results don’t care about your feelings buddy

    No it likely is really you just may need more t3

    This is why I always say everyone will need a different dose to actually see them in range

    Some people for HRT need 30 mcg t3 150/200 t4 daily

    Some need less

    The best way to dose is always based of blood work so you can move the dose up and down now based of these readings.

    Looking at these you just need a touch more

    Also when you diet your thyroid function takes a hit so you generally need a slightly higher dose with less weight / carb intake

    This sounds like one way to ruin your look,

    Crazy water manipulations and sodium never really work that well just way to much moving parts and impossible to predict the outcome so you are just basically guessing then trying to fix stuff with diuretics, never going to lend its self to a good outcome

    Solid day of rest ticked off we went to theatre to watch hair spray one of my favourite shows it was outstanding!

    Weight is holding so likely need a food bump soon, going out for sushi today luckily Edo makes my order to suit to fit my macro
    Perfectly so that’s a bonus.
