    Split your test into daily shots, will help with controlling water and e2 more

    Rather than adding ai and crushing your estrogen
    Lower your test and add some mast to control estrogen more

    Doesn’t make sense adding ai on top of test your basically making primo this way

    High estrogen will cause water retention low will not you’ll be dry,

    Your estrogen is crushed here from too much ai

    Hcg can also give you some gyno on top of this dose of test

    Smarter cycle & more frequent dosing is key

    Day 3 of rest and climbing up walls a bit already, sleep was a bit disturbed and weight is up from lat shot but don’t feel bad at all feel fresher for sure! Keen to get back to work il see how I sleep tonight should be good to go if I am fresh in morning. I don’t want to be taking more off as i just don’t think it’s needed, no time to waste.

    Day 2/3 rest actually itching to get back to work now, hate resting but it’s needed.

    Lat is swollen from a shot but other than this feeling good can’t wait to get back to work, tomorrow off then hopefully be all good to get back to business thrusday!

    Usual routine, client check ins first thing followed by morning walk, more check ins then updates across afternoon& mid day any online coach knows work never really stops

    Sauna as usual and mid day 5 min walk. Steps currently landing around 10k

    Day 1/3 rest

    246 today and condition is pretty solid, plan is to rest do some steps chill and get back to business asap. Some fatigue already dropped from yesterday’s lower volume session so I will be ready for Thursday can’t wait.

    Back down a touch in weight and it was due to just fatigue creeping, so took de volume session today was epic and very productive I will take 3 days rest now and get back to work thrusday

    2 leg curl
    2 extension
    1 leg press
    1 pendulum
    1 lunge
    1 calf 1 bicep

    Progressed them all and left 2 reps in tank pump was insane so lower volume work worked well – now rest and back to work

    7 weeks productive work ticked off

    Rest day, 247 – big jump in weight this week with no changes at all, feel a lot fuller and rounder so week 3 on cycle done so I guess something is happening haha super happy with where I am glutes are still in and everything is firing at 100%

    Patience is key now so we keep moving

    Usual rest day, early wake client replies and morning walk followed by tissue work and sauna

    Use this time as a diet break

    Bring up your calories to maintaince or even a slight surplus for a week then go back into a decicit , take extra rest days if needed too

    3rd day of deload today which although usually hate taking time off the gym it’s well and truly needed

    Weight has shot up a fair bit over the last few days after sticking

    Usual rest day, food is doing the business was 243 yesterday and woke up very full today at 244 and took pics – no change to condition from 240s so food and drugs doing what they need to.

    Very happy with the look and how I feel at this point, push day today usual session

    Rest day usual day last few days weight has trended up and it’s feeling good, the look of anything is improving and we are starting the push up from Saturday

    Start point will be 500 test 1200 primo 10 iu Gh

    Super basic but does job and with how lean I am I will see an epic response

    Leg day today 238 and feeling great, sleep is amazing so is recovery so we press on.

    Hey Kuba, how do you determine the duration of your own and your clients recovery / cruise phases?

    Is it based off blood work alone?

    Going through your log I see the trend of your cruises lasting 5-6 weeks and this recovery phase was 3 weeks from 25/06-17/07.

    My last injection was 17th of June
    Cycle started 25th July that’s 5 weeks and a bit off

    I did my blood work on 22nd I posted it online my test levels were 17nnmol so basically natty drug clearance varies person to person

    I base my cycles duration on and off based of blood work and my goals / same with clients

    Why does it need to be 8 weeks plus half life exactly ? What are you gaining out of this ? Also in most cases be hard to do 12 weeks off when you have shows and offseason progress to make

    Health is good ? That gives you green light
    Health isn’t ? That tells you to take a break
