Push day – decent session all in all establishing numbers again after deload, haven’t hit this session in like 13 days so it wasn’t spectacular, it will pick up as my lat calms down and as we get into the week ahead, overall good session nothing round breaking for first few but this is where we will build up

Rest day, some inflammation dropped already which is amazing as my midsection looked mega tight this morning and some water gone from around the bad shot so happy days
248 this morning so we slowly keep climbing up from here.
The goal was 250 with glutes in & boxed off that’s going to be well and truly ticked off.
Feel great, main objective now is keeping this momentum up.
Usual rest day and very busy check in day, so full on with this all afternoon now sauna & hopefully nap time

Good night of sleep so that’s positive for sure, lat is a little swollen still and holding a chunk of water on that side with cellulitis but it’s all good it will shift over next few days RHR is back down to 56 so we’re back on track with where my body now needs to be for the push and this training run.
Weight still moving without even trying 4th week back on so this is where the fun begins l

Back in gym today, lat wasn’t too painful and I felt epic – I needed to train today resting sucks dick and I have been in a bad bad mood from it , didn’t even realise until first set and it was so fucking good!
Epic session improved execution matched reps from last time which off back deload is a big progression, rest tomorrow legs Monday then we can get back to usual Wednesday onwards super happy and excited!

Looks like you need a coach bud to help with this seriously, you need to slowly diet then slowly gain but don’t push to point where you are then binging and going around in circles
