Add 200 calories max ( at your bodyweight 200 calories is a lot ) –
Sounds like you are just driving fatigue with cardio currently – leave it out for a week or two then re add for fitness if needed

Love heart & heart care here would be essential omega pharma pro am and pre bed – taking this and vital support would remove any need for aspirin.
Also no need for nattokinaise if you are using love heart and heart care.

I have moved up my test to 700 now – based of recent bloods my estrogen is in range but at the top
How are you basing your estrogen crashed ? Are you checking your bloods ? If so base it off that
This is why you need to run what you can tolerate not what other people run – it doesn’t crush my estrogen totally but that doesn’t mean it will do same for you

It depends if gyno is formed you need it removed to get rid
The best way to manage it is slowly bringing up your test if you do push alongside of dht to control aromatisation
Daily administration helps a lot with managing sides / gyno to a degree.
If you have higher bf levels you will also notice more conversion to estrogen so always try to stay leaner

If you aromatise heavily why start at peak dose straight away ?
Start on 200’mg test 200’mg mast don’t break bank, if you can save £ to add Gh you will see more progress imo from less total MG and less sides overall it’s a no brainer
Start low then titrate up rather than going all in at your peak dose
You will also aromatise lees bringing up your test slower

Hey kuba, do you have any advice on hinging , for some reason i cant seem to pull from the floor, do you have any suggestions to help improve this?
You can’t seem to pull off the floor in an SLDL? If so this will be largely down to your structure and mechanics some people are just not well built to deadlift I am one of them
If you have short arms and long legs you are likely never going to have a good time deadlifting bud
This doesn’t mean you should neglect it just prioritise RDL variations instead and nail them

I would pull out train here double
Up mastGh keep it in you are not holding water it’s body fat
Instead of high dose of t3 I’d split 25 t3 100 t4
Clen won’t be an issue take it fasted ( then run dream sleep pre bed with extra magnesium during day with meals £
