    Epic pull session, bodyweight climbing up slowly and progress across all sessions & log book

    No changes needed
    More of the same – same sessions same food same routine

    This is whrere I thrive the most, doing the do every day, love my little bubble at the moment.

    Coaching is fantastic now with dropping off some stress and some savages on the team is epic

    Progressed all lifts back to running 3 plates on mid incline after my iso work and felt
    Great so time to keep pushing up

    Orals in offseason. Will cut it short by smashing your appetite and driving more oxidative stress

    Stay patient take your BW up slowly don’t over eat and push your lifts up

    Move all your Gh pre bed – much better for BG control from what I’ve seen personally

    I would honestly not pay much attention to it best way to go is checking your HBA1c

    Slight drop in BW today from legs , always drop after as the session is so demanding.

    I’m confident I will see bodyweight continue to trend up from here, body is in a good place and visuals are really changing a lot

    Today is first time I looked at my pics and thought they are actually decent lol which is a huge sign for me haha

    Your body doesn’t know if you are injecting or producing insulin

    The thought process that taking insulin will prevent fat gain and see glucose stored rather than turned into fat makes no sense in any way you look at it imo both anecdotally and when you look at insulin deeper in how it works.

    Wasting insulin especially in a calorie deficit when food is low

    250.4 today and actually look leaner, check in tomorrow , currently posing and taking pics 2 x per week and will continue to do so entire offseason to keep posing conditioning.

    Legs today huge session, I pulled away split squat as my legs were still sore today going into session but still progressed all lifts and it was an immense session my quads blew up today like crazy.

    Some load progression & some load and rep progressions – removed split squat and did extra Rdl instead

    Leg ext x2
    Hack x2
    Leg press x2
    Rdl x2
    Calf x2

    If you can progress your lifts across board no issues – try it and then give us feedback on how it feels
