Slight drop in BW today from legs , always drop after as the session is so demanding.
I’m confident I will see bodyweight continue to trend up from here, body is in a good place and visuals are really changing a lot

250.4 today and actually look leaner, check in tomorrow , currently posing and taking pics 2 x per week and will continue to do so entire offseason to keep posing conditioning.
Legs today huge session, I pulled away split squat as my legs were still sore today going into session but still progressed all lifts and it was an immense session my quads blew up today like crazy.
