Hey Kuba, sorry if you’ve covered it before but why you don’t do any adductor work on legs lately?
I get plenty of adductor stimulus from my leg press, hack/ pendulum and rdls
Volume allocation doesn’t really warrant for me personally to do adductor as this is max I can recover from, adding adductor would mean reducing volume from other lifts and I feel like I get a ton more out of them vs adductor

Removing completely throws off electrolyte balance, I keep it in just taper it down and keep it lower than I did when fat loss was the goal

I agree with Jordan – I would always run upper first as it isn’t as taxing and doesn’t taking away from lower
Other way around if you train hard enough training after any lower body work is a nightmare

I prefer to drink
My eaa separately in one mid session with small amount of water, I have always done this and anecdotally it makes most sense to have protein servings spreadThen I drink performance fuel as I start warming up and finish my second to last exercise

Rest day 251 – posing and check in this morning, keeping my routine and posing 2x per week and it’s generally 2x full hard rounds with holds (10 mins ) to keep my posing conditioning
Usual day for rest, client updates and peaking Vanessa – had 2 clients compete yesterday Natalie won her class Eamon 3rd – Vanessa up today in wellness game on.
Busy weeks with clients competing every weekend until Olympia and after but that’s all good love this shit!
