Again my problem is on cycle atm I’m always struggling with my overall libido and sex drive. In the gym and overall energy is decent, mood is hit and miss for me depending on how much food and sleep I’m on. But my overall sex drive and libido is always low never super high even with very high testosterone. My prolactin is in check I did have to bring this down but it is all good now! So my only other guess is estrogen is out or range but again how high is too high with estrogen??? I know if you lower estrogen too much your libido is non existent and if it’s too too high again this can lower sex drive? I know that estrogen is very important for male sex drive I have thought about just doing a small bit of test weekly into daily shots just like 150/200mg weekly. I do pin daily micro doses atm on cycle I’m just trying to massively increase my libido as it shouldn’t be this low on cycle?Generally if you are looking for libido you will never imo have best libido on cycle
Drop down to trt or trt plus 200 mg test e or about with low dose of cialis daily if you are looking for sex drive only
800 mg total of gear will drive a decent amount of anabolism but not much sex drive
Sex drive is also impacted by stress, sleep and lifestyle

Adjust your rep range or switch the movement out ( if it is just one movement stalling )

Push pull legs x3 pee week is best
If you need more arms you can literally add bicep / tricep work to each session
If you need more delts you can add them to legs & back workOptions are infinite with how you can modify push pull legs – this is why I am a big fan of it over any other split

Leg day – this one will be interesting, all lifts have been progressing but I am edging towards needing a deload so I am sore everywhere but these sessions now are the most valuable imo if you can progress them that is where you see the biggest returns. So the goal today is to progress all lifts, don’t get hurt and smash the entire log book.
Weight the same as yesterday rest days ticking me over nicely on these calories which is perfect.

Rest day no changes and weight up to 256.6, this is good as I don’t think the look is changing for the worst plus with cycle escalating this is now when drugs are going to start peaking over next 3/4 weeks so the fun continuous!
Full week of training to tick off and then time to deload and rinse and repeat I’d love to see 270 by Christmas

Todays check in at 6 days out
My plan of 10 low days from the 23rd until the 2nd has had to change with me dropping 2.2kg / 4.8lbs this week, even with a 750c high day inbetween.
So today’s carbs are 375g instead of my usual 100g on a rest day. My hope is this puts a kilo back on to see me through the start of peak week, as 750c normally puts 2kg on me.

255.2 holding and the look is stepping forward nicely so I am pleased, just have to stay in this grove now
Key for me is staying focused and not getting distracted & overwhelmed. I spend a lot of time in my head at times, so I remind my self now to just keep working – more work less thinking.
We move forward ever day one step at one time one meal at one time, attitude I keep year around and it’s what I love so much hence why I am extremely happy locked in my own bubbles some people get it some people don’t
Makes no difference to me, I’m doing what I love every day, people like to drive their on idea of what they like onto you at times – ignore that shit and stay on the fucking course!
Immense training sessions progress taken and body is fucking sore but I love it, will deload over next week as we are going to Olympia.

I self coached with help and input from Jordan pretty much last 2 years, I am now working with dean, again it’s a coaching relationship it isn’t like the usual do as I say coaching business you get normally as that’s not something I could do with where I am right now.

As a beginner you likely won’t be training to failure so adding rest pause sets is fine as you are nowhere near failure anyways so you are not driving any fatigue or not much
