New high today, 102,4kg fasted. Definitely some water weight as I only slept 7 hours and they weren’t the best. Also pretty tired today, thank god is rest day. Had a quick nap in the evening after work, going back now for 1 more PT session than just rest and sleep on the menu.
Check in day tomorrow. Also took some post workout shots yesterday, will attach them bellow if anyone is interested, haven’t posted them in a while.

101,7 today. Trained after meal 1 which surprisingly felt great, again had the gym to myself which is really is a privilege.
Push 1 on the menu today, shoulder focused session. Progress taken on pretty much everything, just missed a rep on skull crusher but it was most likely due to not resting enough as I beat my backoff set after that by 2 reps.
Resting tomorrow, will definitely be needed. No cardio so just 10k steps. Coach says to rest and digest so will do just that. Also just working my AM session so will be able to get plenty of sleep.

Busy day today, woke up at 101,6kg today. Send over my daily tracker to my coach, he bumped up the food on rest day slightly, rest is staying the same.
20min cardio boxed off before work started now just 10k steps to finish off.
Hit an awesome Pull session today. Still improving my execution mostly in this session but I think I’m getting much better at recruting my lats and also nailing my RDLs. Coach is giving me some epic feedback so every session I’m making great improvements.

Usual rest day today. Weighted in at 101,9kg today. Sendind my daily tracker tomorrow over to my coach to see if there will be some changes.
Pretty sore post push yesterday which means I definitely nailed my execution.
No cardio just 10k steps today. Pretty long day tomorrow, working from 7am until 10pm. Meals are all prepped so nothing will get missed.

Another banging day of training today. Push B was on the menu, had a whole gym to myself which always means the session is going to be epic. Progress taken across all the movements that the coach has given me the green light regarding form, job done. Also improved my execution on other movements that needed some corrections, just some minor tweaks to do and it will be spot on.

102kg today, slightly down as I expected but still very happy with the current look. I have never been in this good of condition at this bodyweight and coach says we still have at least 8 weeks of pushing up!

New highest weight in today 102,5kg fasted. Probably some gi weight cause I didn’t go to the bathroom at all yesterday but I will take it.
BG was 4.6 today. We keep on going. Send check in pics to the coach today and he is happy which makes me happy. He pulled my steps down to 8k for two days just to give my legs a break couse they are literally destroyed from leg day at Ultraflex lol.
On Monday I am sending him my weight and we will assess things further, he says food will probably have to go up.
Epic epic pull day today. Week of training in Ultraflex has done a ton for me. Completely improved my back training, contractions were crazy today. Naver have I felt my back like that before. Super super happy about that.

Resting today, 101,5 kg this am.
Check in day today, a day early as we are going to UK tomorrow, coach gave feedback early just so I can prepare for tomorrow’s travel day, he really is awesome.
Plan of action is to reduce the output rather than increase food, which is totally fine with me. It also fits better in my schedule to walk less especially ok the days I work and have to really put some effort into moving and getting steps in.
Steps down from 12k to 10k, cardio remains only on push and pull days, as opposed to also doing it kn upler body days.
Plan here is also to reduce the fatigue on legs as they are super fucked from training them, less cardio will probably do the job.

Travel day back home today.
Resting so just steps to do. Thankfully everything webt smooth todah and our flight was exactly on time.
Amazing trip overall, thankful for all the friends I have, definitely some great memories made. Will for sure be back!!
But now it’s time to get back into daily routine and stsrt making progress again. Gains have to be made, let’s fucking get it!!

Last day training in the UK today and it had to be leg day of course lol.
I’m not used to training with a training partner or in group so taking forced reps and absolutely destroying ourselves was for sure a lot of fun but I will flr sure pay for in tomorrow when I won’t be able to walk lol.

Another awesome day in Rotherham. 100,7 kg today, talked to my coach and he said the food will most likely go up on next check in. My hunger is very high at the moment, which is great, can’t really assess the gym progress as we are training in a different gym but non the less things are going very well.
Upper body session today. Absolute banger of a session, every machine in this gym is just incredible, especially Prime pieces, I would do anything to have this at home.
Also met some amazing people who I’ve been following for a long time, took a picture with AJ Morris and Jack Thorburn, just great people. Had a very nice chat with Jack, extremely polite and nice person.

First rest day here in Rotherham. Used this day to have a look around town and do some exploring. Went to tesco and I must say grocery stores over here are on another level compared to the ones in my country. Would love to have this type of variety at home.
100,6 kg today, bought a body weight scale yesterday because I was a bit anxious not weighing myself for 2 days. Weight is down which I kinda expected because my steps were about 2000 steps higher than prescribed for the last three days. Kept my steps to 10k today.
We went out for a diet coke and shisha with the crew and chilled out a bit, now just waiting for another hour to get my last meal in and get ready for bed. Upper body in Ultraflex is on the menu tomorrow, can’t fucking wait to try some more prime machines out. Will definitely be an awesome day!

I’ve used hydrolized beef protein from Prozis. Taste is ok, just don’t get the strawberry flavor.

SA DB curl 3xWhat a workout with such an amazing equipment thet Ultraflex offers. I have never used Prime equipment before and adjusting resistance profile was just incredible, like a whole new training feeling.

What a day today. Finally got to meet my bodybuilding idols. Absolutely incredible event put on by Kuba and Meg. Had so much fun and learned a ton!
Got to meet Meg, Kuba, Jordan and Oscar. Been waiting for this ever since I started bodybuilding and today was the day.
Also first session in the Ultraflex Rotherham today. Crazy gym, crazy equipment and vibe. I just don’t wanna leave hahah

Quick update on me.
We got to the Rotherham yesterday pretty late, so had to check in my apartment and do a food shop after that so by the time I ate my last meal it was well over midnight.
Travel was not the best, our flight god delayed twice so about 3 hour delay. Nothing missed though, meals all eaten on plan and steps ticked off.
Right now I’m doing my cardio at the Ultraflex Rotherham!!! I can’t believe my dreams finally came true and I will be training here for a week. Absolutely awesome!
Going to the Mk coaching event today, super hyped about that. Can’t wait so hear Jordan, James, Kuba and others speak!
