Much fucking needed rest day today. Slept like a baby and dropped 1kg overnight lol. 104,4 today, debating upping the food but will wait a day or two and than push further to pass those 105kg.
Feels like yesterday’s Lower session setup was spot on. Now just onto beating those numbers over and over again.
Tomorrow I will hit Upper A and most likely take friday off due to having to work all day long. Based on how I’m feeling today having an extra sleep in between legs will do me good. So the plan is to hit them on Saturday, bit will adjust accordingly.
Hunger is super high today, literally hungry for every single meal which this deep in the push up is nice. Just cracking on today, 2 7h shifts and PT work, will be a long day.

Sudden Jump in weight today, up to 105.2 kg. Yesterday was a super stressful day so that explains that.
Job is super exhausting this week because I’m not working alone and have to mentor a new guy which is weird as I’m only working at this summer job for about 4 weeks, guess I’m doing an alright job. I don’t like it though, much prefer being alone and minding my own business. Gotta suck it up and do my thing.
In for Lower C today. Session was spot on. Adductor out for glute kickback on cables as I planned last time for some extra glute work. Felt great, still some setup adjustments to be made. Progressed every single set without exception. It was super hard though, didn’t feel too fucked going home but after an hours I was soooo fucked. Got 2 meals in after and now feeling better.
Thank god it’s rest day tomorrow.

Upper C today on the menu. Was a hard session due to being pretty exhausted from work, nothing changes though, still progressed every single lift. Everything was spot on, I just need to manage my output via steps more as I’m walking A LOT at work before I start lifting and I’m definitely feeling it.

104.4 kg today. Will wait for another couple of days before I make a food increase. Appetite is great, weight is stalling and gym progress is phenomenal so I don’t see a response not to push further.
Resting today, legs are definitely feeling it from yesterday but nothing too crazy. Still got some meal prep to do for the next 2 days as I will not be home tomorrow until 10pm.
Will also attach some fasted shoots from yesterday. Happy with them considering I always look the worst in the morning, but gotta be honest and also show actual physique and not just post workout shoots.

Epic lower session today. Everything spot on, progress taken on all the lifts even load + reps on some of them. Just what I wanted.
104,6 this morning, took check in pics for myself and was very pleased considering this is pretty much the weight I finished my last push at and I still have room to push. This is really exciting as I enter new weight territory lol

Another superb day today. Less work which felt really nice, awesome to be in the gym to just smash my session and go home to rest.
Upper B today. Epic session as always, I tweaked it a bit from last time, ticep bias dips were out because fldoing them with no assistance was just to harsh on my elbows and I get enough crossover tricep for from pressing in this session so decided to do Flat DB fly insted as my last chest movement, just to hit chest in the lengthened range at the end as this exercise drops off super nice in the short range which was already fatigued from press work. However I will potentially look into switching my low incline smith out as well for something more shoulder bias and heavier in the stretch as smith was super hard to progress after plate loaded incline press which is heaviest in the short. I’m super limited with equipment but will figure something out as always. I’m potentially looking to swap it for V squat viking press which drops off nicely in the short.
Beat every single set, job done. I’m super surprised that I’m progressing so well right now as I’m working pretty physical summer job. This just shows that there is no limit, you just have to want the progress.
104.2 today, slightly down again which is where I want to be before another food bump. I’m probably gonna be heavier tomorrow as for no bowel movement today. Will see but I’m super happy with everything right now.

104,4 kg today. Woke up pretty damn dry for being deep in a push up which definitely confirmed I’m doing something right. I feel I can definitely push another 2-3kg hopefully. If everything will be as good as it is right now. I can’t imagine how good the progress would be if I was just at the uni and not working 2 jobs.
Resting today, just usual am shift and PT client in the evening. Rest of the day was spent reading training stuff and playing poker lol
Plan of action is to keep the food the same, try to keep steps at 10-11k and if weight doesn’t change for another 5 days or so, push in food will be made.

Another epic lower session today. Progressed every single set, managed to band leg extension properly without ripping any more bands, this now makes them super hard in short position. Followed by regular leg press which is the hardest in lenghtend position. By my understanding this should cover my quads fully.
Rest of the session was bang on. Feeling fucked but nothing to crazy, we go again in 3 sleeps.

104.7 today. Woke up surprisingly rested despite only 6h of sleep. Got a 20min nap in after work which boosted my energy quite a bit. This push up is getting serious, almost at my all time highest weight with still room to push. This just shows that even if you are natural you can still make good progress, it’s just hard.
In for Upper A today. Epic sesion, progress taken on every single set, just felt spot on on all movements. Just a regular session only change was supinated assisted pull up out for neutral pulldown as I cannot strap into pull ups which sucks.

New highest weigh in today. 104.8 kg. Quite a jump in one day but it’s post legs so some inflammation is definitely present in the lower body. Very happy with the current look, also took fasted check in shoots for myself yesterday and I must say I’m super pleased. I will not slow down from here on.
Today’s rest day fits perfectly with the schedule as I’m working two 7h shifts which means pretty much no off time today. Prepped all the meals for tomorrow already as I will be getting home past 10pm. Nothing missed.

Finally Sunday, the only day I can sleep in and properly rest. Felt really good.
Lower C on the menu today. Very nice and brutal session, progress taken all across the board. Happy with the setup, only thing I will be changing next time is switching adductor machine out for some glute kickbacks as I’m hitting my adductors enough with the deep leg press work after and need more glutes, so makes sense to use the volume towards that goal.

Happy Saturday everyone.
Here is a current physique uodate from me. Currently setting at 104kg fasted. Currently 1kg lighter than my previous heaviest weight at the end of my last push up. I’m coming towards the end of a current push up, I feel like I can probably push another 2 kg before conditioning get too bad. Appetite is bang on, so is digestion. Very happy with that. I feel like being 104kg isn’t that bad for a natural, but of course I want to be better. Will make the most of this final weeks of pushing up.
Upper on the menu today. Absolutely fantastic session, progress taken on every single set, feeling great. As usual started with back work as this is my weakest area and finished with chest, shoulders and arms.

104.1kg today. Rest day on the menu for me. Fits perfectly in today’s schedule as I’m working morning 7h shift and another 7h pm shift in the gym, plus 2 PT sessions. Exhausting day not gonna lie but all boxes will be ticked off which is all that matters and I will be able to get more sleep in today as I start working later in the morning tomorrow.
Buzzing for upper tomorrow. Chest is still a tiny bit sore but just as I like it, I always feel like I did some damage when bodyparts are sore, I know it’s not associated with growth but still.
Legs are surprisingly not too fucked at all, looks like I really nailed the volume. The thing that also probably helps is not taking reps that I know for sure I won’t be able to complete on compound movements like leg lress and squats, which is rare. On isolations I still go for another one even though I know I won’t get it.
