104.4 kg today. Will wait for another couple of days before I make a food increase. Appetite is great, weight is stalling and gym progress is phenomenal so I don’t see a response not to push further.
Resting today, legs are definitely feeling it from yesterday but nothing too crazy. Still got some meal prep to do for the next 2 days as I will not be home tomorrow until 10pm.
Will also attach some fasted shoots from yesterday. Happy with them considering I always look the worst in the morning, but gotta be honest and also show actual physique and not just post workout shoots.

Hey Oscar thank you so much for reading the log.
Things are going super well, training is absolutely incredible and I’m at my all time highest body weight. Plan is to push for a little more size and than slowly move into diet phase to see what I have built.

Another epic session today. In for Upper A. Absolutely smashed every single set, progress was just fucking given today, this programming I’ve set up is definitely spot on, just amazing.

Busy day in terms of work, got called in to work during my session as there was an emergency. But it is was it is, meals are all done, progress was taken , all the boxes are ticked.

Pretty chill Sunday rest day today. Slight drop in weight, down to 104,9 kg but probably due to later weigh in time as I got almost 9h of sleep in. No alarm just rest as long as I want, those days are the best.
Legs are feeling pretty good, recovery si definitely spot on, and will only get better as I will be able to get consistently more sleep from now on.
2 more weeks of training at the home town, than the college start and J will be mostly training at a much better equipped gym. Which is nice but I don’t think it matters thst much at my point of development, I literally made soooo much progress training with very limited equipment. All that really matters in my opinion is to keep consistently progressing and beating the log book. It’s really awesome going through old logs and seeing how much I improved.

Another epic lower session today. Absolutely flying lol. This rate of progress is just amazing.
Progression on every single set again took some load + rep progress on some of them. Very hard session but feels just amazing when I PB everything.

Now that I am done working I will be able to keep my steps at 10k as a constant which in itself should help to get the weight moving up without much food changes. I will increase food when I will need to but right now this should do the trick.

Epic day of training today. In for Upper C and it wasa damn good session. Progress taken all across the board and even some rep + load increases taken on some sets.

105,5 kg fasted today and very very happy with the look, tight and ready to pack on slightly more size. This is now my all time highest weight, let’s push for more, fuck yeah.

Rest day and I needed it. Legs are fucked but I don’t really care, lifts are progressing and that’s s all that matters.
105,4 kg again today. Working my last day of summer job tomorrow so after that I will shift my wake up time a bit later to 6am or maybe 6:30am just to get at least 8h of quality sleep in.
I decided jot to push the food for another couple days due to weighing in over 105kg whole week. My weight dropps on the weekends but I’m guessing this is due to weighing in an hour and a half later. Next week I will be able to gauge this for real.

Late update today. 105,4 kg this morning, epic night of sleep which is also great, my RHR is also down this week to high 50s low 60s from being even as high as 70. My guess would be that body is getting used to being at this higher body weight. Happy with that.
Lower B on the menu today. Damn hard and nasty session, but just how I like it. Progress taken on every single set, happy with all the sets except for the first set of smith squat, I slightly overshoot the load and was shooting hips out a bit too much and losing the quad tension. Will improve this next time, still a great productive set.

Super fucked up day today. Tons of car problems which messed the whole day up. Thank goodness I managed to sort everything out and still got damn productive session in. Trained after 4 meals which means being at the gym at peak hours. Had to switch one movement out but all around great session. Stress levels super high but progress is a choice so still took PBs on every single lift.

SA rope OH extension x5 x11I’ve maxed out the stack on rope pullover so moved to a heavier stack and added chest support. Amazing tension on the lat when I don’t extend ropep too far over head where lats lose their leverage.
Also low incline smith out for DB laterals because I definitely get enough chest stimulus from incline press and DB fly, plus some extra delt work will only do me good.
Took some ashwaganda and melatonin to chill me out, I really need a good night of sleep.

Resting today. Had quite a weight jump today, 105,5kg fasted. Most likely just water due to early weigh in time but I will not be bumping food until I’m sure my body is ready for more, really don’t want to gain kore bodyfat at this point.
Legs feel fine, hams are sore but the rest is okay. This is just due to loading them in the stretch with hypers. Not really paying attention to this as I am progressing lifts all the time which is all that matters.
Final week of summer job, after that I will only do PT work and perhaps some recreation work at the gym which before October comes around and college starts. Looking forward to that.

Back in for Legs after 2 days of rest. To be honest vibe wasn’t the best but I shut the fuck up and got it done. Progressed every single set. Either small load or rep progress taken on everything.

Second day of rest for me. Dropped down to 104,9 this morning, feeling much tighter. I knew this would happen, I know my body pretty well now and it’s responses. Taking 2 days of rest was definitely a smart move.
Tomorrow I will go back in for Lower A and just continue where I left off on Thursday. Feeling super good, appetite is great. Only thing that is elevated is my RHR but this is expected as I am pretty much at my heaviest ever.
I will probably bump the food slightly next week just to get the scale moving up again.

Big weight jump today, up almost 1kg from yesterday. Body is super tired and I can feel it, I’m not sore but I’m just fucked. This month has extremely exhausting working 15h+ shifts some days and literally not missing a single set progression at all, and my body is feeling it, yesterday post workout I literally couldn’t keep my eyes open and the sudden weight gain with more expanditure this week and no diet changes just confirms that some rest is needed. Decided to take 2 rest days until Sunday when I will be going in for Lower A.
Will also keep my steps down this two days as they were 12k + all week due to work.
