Late update today. 100,7 kg this morning. Went in and hit push. Missed some reps but matched most of the reps from last session, probably makes sense because of the sickes and being 3kg lighter. I will take it.
No diarrhea today, literally haven’t gone to the bathroom once. Still taking some gut meds, will probably take them tomorrow again just to be sure I’m healthy and stop after that. I’m still drinking additional electrolytes during the day as I was dehydrated as fuck during the sickness.
In for pull tomorrow, should be a good one.

Finally feeling a lot better today, much less frequent diarrhea and headache, thank god. Went and got some extra probiotics which I will be taking until I feel fully recovered.
Down to 99,75 kg this morning, lost more than 4kgs in these 3 days. Appetite is back today so back to my usual fat loss cals.
Planning on going back to the gym tomorrow if my gut will be fine. Muscles feel super empty but expected as I ate very little the past 3 days. I just hope my strength isn’t too far off l, will do my best to hold it until this cut is over .

Another day of sickness, dropped another kilo overnight. No fever thank god but my diarrhea and intestinal pain has gotten worse so I decided to visit the doctor. They gave me infusions as I was extremely dehydrated, this made me feel soooo much better and took my blood. The bloods were super good, so was my blood pressure, they said my liver enzymes were a bit high and I should cut down my creatine use lol. The also asked me if I was using steroids which is a compliment I guess.
I managed to get around 2000cals in today, I’m sure the appetite will be back tomorrow.

Hey everyone, quick update on me. Got super sick yesterday, fever, extreme diarrhea and headache.
My appetite is completely gone, all managed to get in yesterday was a sandwich and I struggled to keep it down. Dropped 2,5kgs overnight.
Today I’m feeling better as the fever is gone but I still have crazy diarrhea and and my appetite is still shit, I forced 2 meals down and will try to grt another one in.
Hopefully I feel better tomorrow, will just watch some ArnoldUK today.

103,8 kg this morning, finally dropped some weight. I dropped a little less than 2kgs in two weeks of this diet phase and I think I can definitely push harder. So today I decided to drop another 500cals on both TD And NTD. Just want to be done with this diet phase asap so I can get back to growing.
Epic leg day today. Trained pretty early but still felt very strong. Took PBs on all lifts, just felt awesome, finally stacked out seated ham curl.The only thing bothering me at the moment is my stomach in the morning it’s probably skyr yoghurt, I went from 250g to 400g which seems to be too much dairy for me. Switching them out tomorrow.

Another good day of training today. Did my cardio, ate meal 1 and went back to hit Pull straight after that. 2,5 hours in between but performance wasn’t impacted and I still progressed my lifts.
Finally got a grest night of sleep in, was much needed. However my weight jumped up to 104,4kg which is super weird and It doesn’t really make sense to me as 1000 cals is aquite a drop and I should still be dropping on this cals. If tomorrow the weight is not down I will drop another 300 cals as this should definitely see me drop weight.

Another night of shit sleep behind me, not sure why because I’m literally doing the same things every day and have never had this problem before. Hopefully it gets better tonight, and I drop some fluid as I woke up 0,7kg heavier today.
In for Push today, was a hard one but a super productive one. Made progress on all main lifts which is all I want right now. Also chipped in some ab work at the end as I had time, I’m sure It won’t hurt.

Rest for me today, 103,5kg new low despite having super shit night of sleep. I don’t know why but I just couldn’t fall asleep and was waling up constantly when I managed to. Surprisingly not super tired today, legs are sore but thats all, was a bit hard to get my heart rate up on cardio but that’s pretty standard after rough night of sleep for me.
Nothing much to report, busy day of uni classes and some more work for the afternoon.
Push tomorrow, really looking forward to it.

104,1 kg today. Slightly up as expected but digestion was better today so I’m hoping for a drop tomorrow morning.
Lower body session today, was still sore in my hams from Thursday’s session so did a bit more quad work, still the same overall volume. Absolute banger of a session, progress made and all the boxes are ticked for the day. I must say Jordan’s post in his log hyped me up a lot today, Thank Jordan! The highlight of the session was definitely 185 for 8 reps on RDL, super happy about that PB.

284 still , just sitting here , I’m just doing push today ! I can’t do full upper , im gonna fucking smash push and then go back in tmo for pull.
On the fucked scale last night I was high, if 10 is so fucked up you feel like you wanna die , I was like an 8 , 8.5 lol . Corinne was out all day at her Nans, I waited for her to come home so I could give her a hug as I don’t like going to bed without seeing her and then I was out , slept well and I’m acceptable this morn , I could get out of bed this morn which means I can train
That sounds extreme but I over train myself into the ground to the point where I can’t get out of bed physically because I feel so unwell/crushed , and then I take my rest because i have earned it. That imo is how you get stronger than basically anyone else you know and bigger than basically anyone else you know , obviously you may get gifted those things, but I don’t , which can be seen in how hard I’m Having to work to get back to the size I was . I think people way over think fatigue management , and basically just become complete pussies as a result ! And just never really get truly big or strong as they don’t train on the days they are wrecked and just immediately rest , or don’t ever train hard enough to get themself wrecked !
It’s been a frustrating week, and I’m up and down in mood , I want to compete this year so fucking bad and get back to stringing comps together and getting back working towards what was always the bigger goal, so some days I’m just a moody bastard atm because of it , but hey it’s all fuel!
I hope everyone has had a great week, and hopefully you gain some comfort in knowing that this isn’t coming easy for me either ! And for 99/100 , it doesn’t come easy , so keep working and most importantly , don’t let anyone into your space that makes you feel like you can’t do it , sack those people off / don’t share with those people , keep chat on diff topics and protect your goal and only share it with people that believe , and if atm , no one believes , then you have to keep it to yourself For now and just protect it , because if you let people slow you down , they can chip away at that big shiney goal and over time it loses its shine and it becomes this dull , faded Memory of a dream , but if you look after it like it’s your prized possession, you keep it shiney and fresh and never let anyone fuck around with it , you will keep striving towards it

Another good day in the book. 103,7kg today so new lowest weight. Slightly short on sleep as I was out with boys yesterday but all good, had some great time.
Upper body session today and It was awesome. Hard one but progress made all across the board, job done. Legs, especially hams are still a bit sore but they should be good to hit them again tomorrow, will do a bit more quad work.

Early update today, rest day for me.
Usual rest day routine, 25min fasted cardio followed by a small hike for my sports class. Wasn’t bad at all, pretty easy route took us about 60min, heart rate never went above 120 so I’ll just count this towards steps.Just chill and study for the rest of the day, going hime for the weekend to see the family.
104,3 today, slightly up but I’m sure it’s inflammation from training as I woke up super beat up despite sleeping 8+ hours. I will not stress in and just go on with the plan.

Another busy day today. Did my fasted cardio went straight to class and after that back in the gym to hit legs during a break in between classes. Which wasn’t the best idea looking back at it as having only 2 hours between cardio and leg training is just not enough for me. Still managed to beat all the lifts but damn it was hard, legs definitely need more time after cardio to be good for squats and leg presses. But got it done which is all that matters. A bit high in steps today but no worries, will make sure to get a good 8 hours of sleep today.

Another drop in weight today, LFG, down to 104,1 kg. This puts me down 1,5 kg from my heaviest push up weight. Let’s keep this trend going.
In for Pull today, went hypo again at the start of the session, slammed my intra immediately and it got better. I train in between classes so my pre meal is 2-2,5h before I start training which seems to be too far away. It’s also meal 1 and after cardio so it goes through me a bit too fast I think. Will have to do something about this.
Overall good session, progressed all the lifts. I’m soooo much stronger looking back in my log book compared to a couple months ago. Super happy with that!

In for push today. Super productive session, PBs taken across all lifts, weight just felt light today, Great feeling! Didn’t think it was going to this good of a session as I went super hypo as I was warming up, I just slammed my 50g of intra carbs and thank god it got better quickly. Body is just burning through food I guess.
