98,8 kg fasted today, another drop which is awesome.
Push day and check in with myself today. Pretty satisfied with the current bodycomp, I am feeling lean but not lean enough to go back to pushing up just yet. Did a little comparison with previous check in pics and progress has definitely been made. Pretty proud of myself for bulding this physique naturally, to be honest temptation to go on gear is real but I believe I have at least 1-2 years of natural progression that I can make. Will be getting a coach than for sure.
However epic push session today, was super hard, but I went to the dark side in my mind and hit all time PBs across all lifts. 3pps + 1,25kg on low incline smith for 6 reps was a huge win, next push up I will make that 4 plates.

Happy Friday everyone!
New low weigh in for me this morning, 99,05kg fasted. 6th week of dieting in the books, down about 6,5kg. Happy with progress.Resting today, smashed as expected from legs yesterday but fasted cardio done no problem followed by a 50min walk for my sports class. Next week is the last week of this long Friday walks, I will be spreading my steps more evenly from then on.
Not much more to report, back home today. Check in with myself tomorrow, will try and post the pics on here if the app will allow me to.
Excited for push tomorrow, PB on low incline smith is waiting!!

HUGE HUGE accomplishment today for me, I’ve hit a 5pps hack squat for 5 reps today on on lower session. This has been my goal ever since I started training at the current gym, and the fact that I managed to do it 6 kg lighter in a diet phase and as my third movement after leg extensions makes is soooo much more valuable for me!!
Super happy today, could not have asked for anything better. Progress is really everything I want, I remember starting at like 3pps.
Really outstanding session. PBs taken across all sets. I’m absolutely buried, but I love it. Need to definitely get at least 9 hours in bed today otherwise I’m fucked tomorrow.

99,4 kg today, up abit but just looking at the mirror I’m much leaner and for sure on the right path, no changes to the plan, just moving on. This might sound weird but I know when I’m getting lean when my left side of the leg goes numb, it’s quite a weird thing.
Outstanding Upper body session today. Literally smashed and progressed every single set. To be honest I really have to dig deep to beat lifts at this point, it’s much much harder than taking progress while in a surplus, but I do like challenges and must importantly progress! I’m tired a lot during the day but I will not slow down. About 4-5 more kilos to go, than I start growing again.

Rest day for me, much needed as I’m smashed. Definitely getting close to being unproductively fucked which not what I want during the diet phase. I’m sure I can finish this week of training and still hold/beat my lifts and probably deload next week. Hopefully I can last longer but I will adjust accordingly.
99,15 again this AM, had a shit night of sleep as It’s getting hit iver here and I do not have AC in apartment which sucks. I really don’t like summer, it sucks.
Cardio still feels good, it’s hard especially after legs but hard stuff are fun, I know this is where results are made.

Finally weighed myself today and I dropped down to 99,15kg, which is new low of this diet phase. Super super happy about that, no changes to the plan needed, just riding the wave as long as possible.
Woke up pretty beat up, I would say I’m approaching the upper levels of the “fucked scale” but legs were on the menu so I made sure to get my shit together.
Session went super super good, progress taken. Switched out BB RDLs for DB RDL as I just couldn’t resist giving it a go after seeing Jordan pull 100s for 12 yesterday. My gym only has 50s which sucks, I manged to band extra 20kg to each one and somehow made it work. Much better hamsting and glute contraction compared to BB RDLs so this ones are definitely staying in my lower body sessions.

Another amazing day of training. Progress taken left and right, super super satisfied with current situation. I’m a bit tired, legs are still beaten up from the last session but thet for sure won’t stop me from destroying them again tomorrow.

Damn, what a good day of training. Was in for push and I was flying. Progress made all almost all across the board, held performance on only 1 set, which I will absolutely take for being 6kg lighter. Huge PB on low incline smith, day definitely made!

New low today, 99,7kg. This means almost 6kg down, entering 6th week of this diet today.
Legs are absolutely obliterated today, makes me feel like some serious stimulus was made yesterday.
Resting today. Just cardio and an hour walk for my sports class, only 3 more of this and I’m done with them. I decided to leave carbs out of todays meal 1 just so I didn’t go hypo during the walk, as I did last week. Worked out well, no hypo thank god.
Back home for the weekend but I somehow forgot to bring my scale back home, this means next weigh in will be on Monday. No worries as I wasn’t planning on making any dietary adjustments.
Steps are done for the day, just a lot of uni work to catch on. Can’t wait to hit the bed and just rest.

Finally a drop today, down to 99,75kg. No changes to the plan or refeds needed, I will just crack on with this setup as it looks like it’s working.
Super successful day today. Lower body session on the menu and it was banging. My hamstrings were still super sore from the session on Monday so decided to make this one a quad focused one. Started with leg extensions followed by leg press and hack squats and it was awesome. Progress taken almost all across the board.
