Simply what feels good to me. Low-mid test, high nandro, “high” primo or just more nandro instead of primo.

Train well
Digest food well/high appetiteI really do not care wich drugs I use as long as I tick those boxes. Tren wont fit, high test wont fit, high eq wont fit.

Yeah I go for weak bodyparts pre workout 3-5 weeks~

You eat pre workout meal say 60-120 min pre training, if you would then start to sip on ur EAAs youll reach “muscle full” effect.
So instead of doing that youll wait untill you are about 60min deep into training, and then youll wait prob 60-120min from consuming the EAAs before you eat ur post workout protein.
You want the following
Muscle protein synthesis -> Muscle protein breakdown-> Muscle protein synthesis.
If you don’t reach the breakdown and go fullblown muscle protein synthesis youll reach a “muscle full” effect.

Really love the insight and honesty here. We can’t really understand to the fullest what you feel here cus we are not even close to that level and we haven’t put in or sacrificed what you have. But I really feel for you here, or I kinda get it, the things u speak of about James, “beating” him, thinking abt pushing hard again really really hit med hard cus I’m in the “same spot” with one of my greatest clients and friend. I’m more or less done, and he is on his way up and he will beat the fuck out of me very soon, but atm we are still battling it out, he’s fullblown and i’m trt, and the devil on my shoulder screams fucking PUSH? But I know I can’t anymore… sorry for my broken english buddy, can’t wait for the video with u and James✊?
