3 years is a pretty long time, I don’t think anyone can give an absolute answer to this but I think somewhere around 400-500mg would be a good dose for you now since u have been using 1000mg before. But very hard to tell buddy, try 250 and see how u respond

They r pretty big here in Sweden, I know a few guys using their stuff and their GH and they seem to be happy with the results, got good reviews on forums to. How much GH are you using?
Been running 5iu 5-2 now lately, I’ve gotten a bit sloppy with my diet during these corona-times. So that might be part reason I’m not seeing much fat-loss.
I’m also running their cutmix now + t3, and that is definetly potent.
I’ve been checking the swedish section on “Hush”, and I’ve noticed good feedback on the GH. Maybe I’m just not the greatest responder to GH. I will try get me some pharm grade or another brand just for comparison.
I did just have a few weeks off GH, slow mail and a package went missing… But it was noticeable when I got on GH again. Fuller muscles, better sleep and smooth hair again ??[/quote]

I was running GH for 4 months before I had to drop off it, and it did wonders to keeping mass and recovering my body in a work-situation at sea where I’d normally loose alot of mass due to 14-15hrs workdays and little time to eat… Often I can drop as much as 5-10kgs in 5-6 weeks at sea during the rough trips. This time around my weight kept stable, unfornately so did my bodyfat ?
I guess I’m just a bit paranoid seeing the lack of some side-effects beeing a bad thing ?

Chest, delts, arms – pretty much anything that doesnt load spine, as little free weight as possible imo.
Back – All pulldowns, pullovers and ALOT of chest supported rows.
Legs get most affected by this – Take ur seated hamcurl to hell and back, deadstop legpress(safe ROM), split squat variation, one leg legpress. This is pretty much whats feels okay -
How much water are u mixing it with?
