A rest day for me today but was most productive. I always find rest days are filled with everything we couldn’t cram into training days haha. Still rowed for 20 mins and increased my distance which is a good starting point as I’ve only been back on the rower for 3 days. I’d like to get 4000m down to 16/17 minutes in the near future but also want to enjoy my rowing so I won’t set that goal too close to comfort will just enjoy the cardio and see where it takes me.

Glute day today – was a busy day and didn’t get a chance to get to the gym till 7pm although it was busy to get there the gym was actually really quiet. I’m finding there are more serious gym goers in the evening who prefer to get on with their workouts than chat and mess about so it might be an option for us moving forward to train later in the day.

Quad focused day today at dungeon gym – it’s such a good gym to get a good quiet workout done and it’s heavily air conned which is really needed right now. My foot has still been playing up and more so the last few days but still managed to get some good working sets in on the squat machine and leg press as well as leg Extention, adductor bw split squats to finish off.

We ideally need pictures to be able to assess what a reasonable and sustainable drop in weight would be. – the more excess body fat you have the more body weight you’ll be able to drop more quickly as opposed to being leaner

Had a few bits going on In my personal life the last few days so I’ve been pretty quiet and haven’t had too much to update on.
I did train quads yesterday. It wasn’t massively productive but got the blood flowing and worked through a basic workout at least. Today I had a lot going on so took it as a rest day and this evening me and max chilled and watched a movie.

Glutes/hamstring day for me – had over 10 hours sleep which put me in good stead for the day and I’m feeling almost back to normal after a crazy weekend. My training routine looked like:
Seated hamstring curl
Abductor
Glute kick backs
Lying hamstring curl
Glute hip thrusts.
I also received my TBJP clothing package with the new products that are going to be released soon. I’m obsessed with the entire collection and can’t wait for the drop.

Glad to back and able to get into routine again. Today was a slow day, getting my meals sorted, washing all my clothes and getting ready for the rest of the week. I like to have one busy day where I get everything into place so that nothing is effected for the rest of the week. Tomorrow I’m hitting a glute and hamstring workout and starting my 20 mins of rowing up again.
Looking forward to getting back into routine

Wow. 201k steps over a 3 day period. To say I’ve put my body through it is an understatement but i am also pretty impressed that I’m still standing and have feet left to stand on.
I had an absolutely incredible time at Tomorrowland and I highly recommend it to anyone into music. The production is another level to everything else I’ve seen.
Time for me to head back now and get back into routine. That’s the last festival for me this year and although I’ve loved them all I’m definitely not sad to have the rest of the year to myself to work on my physique and goals.

Wow, day one of Tomorrowland ticked off. I walked 87k steps from 2pm to 3am and my legs are feeling it today a lot. I have 2 more days of it. So if anyone really likes walking or needs to get there steps in i suggest going to Tomorrowland haha.
Not much else to update my end, will be going to the festival again today in a Dee hours.

I personally think I should be banned from travelling because every time I’ve traveled in the last 6 months something bad has happened.
This time round maybe worst than last with my phone completely breaking and not responding for 24 hours. I didn’t do anything to it it just decided to not turn on on! Luckily we had a spare day today explore and even though we didn’t get time to explore I was able get my phone semi fixed. I lost a lot of personal content as I had to factory reset it and it was last backed up to the iCloud in may so all of may up to today I lost but it could have been worse.
I am hoping that is the last of the bad news and I can enjoy the festival from tomorrow onwards. I have a daily goal of 80k steps per day so I will keep the log updated on what I achieve.

Quiet day for me today – had a pretty rough night and ended up going to out of hours around 3am with a stabbing pain in my ear canal I also couldn’t hear out of it and was pretty worried. I’ve had a head cold but nothing crazy bad so was quite worried.
Turned out to be caused from my sinus and has turned into an ear infection but luckily is an outter ear infection which means it should be on the mend soon with some anti biotics.

I would ask what’s your reason for switching to Eq? What extra benefits do you think it will bring you?

Rest day for me today – I was going to train quads but didn’t finish up work until 5pm and needed to make a start with packing as I leave for Brussels on Wednesday mid day.
I have been enjoying rowing in the mornings or sometimes evenings for 20/30 mins a day. It’s been great fun and now feel cardio is back to where it nearly was.
Tomorrow I will train legs (quads focused) in the morning.

Trained glutes yesterday and was expecting a pretty chilled session, good pump but nothing too extreme. I passed my friend Cynthia who I have mentioned before. She is a Brazilian wellness trainer and trained with well known athletes such as Vivi winkler and Ms wellness Olympia. She’s absolutely ruthless and didn’t have a training partner and happened to also be doing glutes. So you can tell how that chilled session turned out.
It was awesome though, I love having someone there to push you to your limits and work harder. I’m training quads with her tomorrow evening too so it should be good fun.
