Those gyms are definitely the best ^ the great thing about the U.K. compared to the US is it’s pretty compact so you could travel pretty much anywhere and it would still be closer than moving states in the US.

    Hey Guys,

Much better session today and a really great check in too! There isn’t too much need to visually check in as my goal is weight dependent but i really think that there is a lot of reward and reflection involved in documenting your progress visually, whether that be a cut or a bulk.

For me my body has recomped like crazy. i started a 6 week cycle the week i started with Calum (5 weeks ago) and usually i would gain a KG from it within 10/12 days. My weight went up to 82kg and i am now sitting at 80.3kg. So considering i have lost less than 2 kg and my body composition has changed this much, well i only see that as a huge bonus. Here on out things should be steady sailing and i’m hoping for a nice steady decrease in weight especially as the PED’s are taken out for a large portion of this next phase. cardio hasnt been increased and calories havent been dropped so we are sticking this out for another week to see what else i can drop with the current set up.

A cyst can go away on its own, however if it’s been a while and lingering about, I’d insist that the doctor takes a closer took at it, – they can drain it via a small incision, they even have chemicals which can shrink it if injected into it. Prp isn’t meant for this type of issue

Quiet day for me today, took a rest day and went in late this evening to do cardio which was lovely as it’s a lot cooler in the evening. Usually the evenings are absolutely heaving but because of Ramadan it’s fairly quiet. I plan to hit a big deadlift and squat session tomorrow. I don’t usually deadlift and sqaut on the same day but until my peptides arrive i’m going to try maximise recovery time between squats and deadlifts as they both seem to set my lower back off and due to training them 2 days apart from each other, i’m not giving it long enough to heal.

I have had the injury before, its pulled ligaments but right now nowhere near as bad as what i have had in the past. They are just slightly pissed at the minute and although nothing serious and will heal with time, i don’t want to rest! Last time i incorporated some TB500 and BPC157 and they both worked a dream, i felt like a new born baby ? So as soon as they arrive i am going to start them and plan to stay on a low maintenance dose for the remainder of my meet prep.

Check in with Calum tomorrow so i will update on how that goes 🙂

Definitely agree with Clare on this one. Don’t go increasing food just because the scales have plateaued. The same principle in a bulking phase needs to be applied similarly to a cutting phase. It’s very easy for all of us to loose weight but we do it in a manor that preserves the most muscle, strength and energy. The same with bulking, anyone can put on a large amount of weight it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s beneficial. I’d do exactly what Clare suggested and monitor training performance, appetite and digestion and as an added factor I’d also take progress/check in photos to monitor your body composition durning your bulking phase.

After a pretty rough training session yesterday I gave myself a bit of a longer sleep last night and got 10 hours sleep instead of 7.5. I feel a lot better today. Today was meant to deadlift but there is no rush too do them as long as i get a session in this week and my lower back is still a little bit pissed from squatting yesterday. I decided to take a BB back day on, get some reps and sets in and really enjoyed it.

Started to feel a little hungry first thing in the morning and straight after my trainings sessions now. Food has hardly decreased since the start of prep but cardio has increased and my body is recomping considerably. I have had a little weight drop this week of 1kg but nothing major, i have a check in with Calum on Thursday so i will update you guys with progress pics then 🙂

The only thing That would be an issue is the degradation of the compound and the fluid becoming a bit more acidic potentially increasing pip.

Bit of a rough day for me today, back end of a cold and definitely felt it in my lifts today. Lower Back played up on squats and bicep played up on bench which might have something to do with the fact I’m not feeling 100% and could just under the weather on the whole. Still got through the session it just wasn’t an enjoyable one. Cardio was the best part today ?

Will assess how I feel tomorrow and hopefully can get a good deadlift/back session in and I should feel back to normal soon.

No amount of drugs will be able to outrun food choices. Unfortunately there is isn’t an easy way to put it, but the only option is to get your eating in check. The ability to consume vast calories in mere minutes vs the magnitude longer it takes to burn them off. – an immediate drastic change isn’t needed, but a gradual change to better eating habits needs to take place – this will be far more manageable and sustainable long term, rather than coming to a dead stop day 1

Deadlifts today guys accompanied by a very nice weight drop.

220kg for 2 working sets of 7 followed by some back down singles with bare hands working up to 230kg. Some extra grip work after deadlifts too working up to 110kg double over hand shrugs as they best mimic the movement of a rolling bar. 140kg is where these need to be for a set of 5 in order for my grip to be where it needs to to hold weights i will be able to lift.

Finished off with chest supported row and a lat pulldown along with 30 minutes of cardio. Really enjoyed todays session and tomorrow i am hitting a BB style leg session with a Wellness athlete here. She is an awesome athlete and from watching her train has a wicked work ethic so will be nice to dip into her style of training for the day.

This is very impressive lass! Well done! Remind me where and when the comp is? [/quote]
ah thank you Louis, getting there ??

The first one is July in Virginia and second is in December in Las Vegas!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! i decided to have a rest day today (just 30 mins of stairs) as my hamstrings and glutes were fried from yesterdays session and im not feeling in top condition the past few days with a bit of a lingering head cold. Today was meant to be a rest day anyway so instead of training though it i decided to take it.

Tomorrow will be squats and bench along with cardio which should be fun, first time im starting to incorporate more than one big lift. Would like to get a few S,B,D sessions in before heading back to the UK in May as i will head to my coaches gym and he usually puts me through a 4/5 hour session of all three lifts so trying to get myself in a good position with that.

So today was meant to be an accessory day but a friend from the gym asked to train with me a couple days back. She is a Brazilian wellness competitor, completely crazy and incredible haha. I think no matter how much you might know you can always learn something new or take a different perspective by training with people from other devisions. I am still 17 weeks out from my meet so something like this is doable for me until about 12 weeks out which is when my training becomes extremely regimented and un interrupted but for now i can still have a little fun.

We hit a ‘legs’ day which was very miss-leading as this consisted of glutes and hamstrings. For me, legs means quads (mainly) and then hamstrings. Regardless she ruined me, my glutes hurt, my hamstrings burn and my calves are not ok ? but it was awesome.

Tomorrow i am going to do bench and squat because my quads were untouched today and i think ill be in a decent enough position to get some good working sets tomorrow.

Deffo don’t need support max, as you’ve ordered love heart and the vital support combo with that covers everything supportmax would. Besides that’s a lot of blood pressure modulating drugs, in support max, vital support, along side temisartan AND also supplementing magnesium.
