Arrived back in dubai at 5am this morning. Another night flight but glad to be back a day early and spent today catching up on work and doing a few more jobs around the new apartment. My concept 2 rower arrived today as well so we built that and I’m really looking forward to using it from tomorrow onwards for my cardio.

Main things im noticing is the lactose free milk, protein power and the eggs that can be trigger foods, as well as potentially the energy drinks.
The dairy proteins can be an issue for some, which may mean changing to almond milk and vegan whey.
Aside from that, you’ll have to remove and re-add every food one by one and do an elimination diet for a bit to see what the issue is

Had a great time last night. I went out to see tale of us in Barcelona for my friends hen do. It was such great fun but my legs and feet are not in a good way today. I was meant to be flying home tomorrow night but I decided to catch an earlier flight and get home today. Reason being my flight was at 10pm and need to be out the air b&b for 10am, I didn’t really fancy waiting 12 hours in an airport so changed my flight to today.
Works out nicely as I can get back into routine and be set to get on track with everything for Monday.

Yesterday was such a stressful day, I didn’t sleep at my plane journey was at 3am and my plane was delayed too. I am currently in Barcelona for my friends hen do so there isn’t too much training going on this weekend.
I don’t think there will be much issue with getting our steps in though as we have already been for a 30k walk and today we are off to see a techno set.

Oral vs injectable work the same, just oral is less bio available and so you need more of it to have the same effect

Great day today, still tired from a busy weekend but I went to the gym last night and trained glutes. 1hour 30 session that included:
Cable kickbacks : 3 x 15 per leg
Split squats : 3 x 10 per leg
Glute bridges : 3 x 15
Abductor : drop set up and down the stack.

Finally have moved into our new apartment. Yesterday we had help moving all of our furniture from our current apartment to our new one. It was a long day and did over 38k steps and we didn’t really walk anywhere which I find super impressive. Just back and forth and up and down the apartments.
I didn’t manage to train but in all honesty I didn’t have much intention to and by the time we sat down for some chilled time it was 9pm.
Today isn’t as busy but we have had a lot of people over, installing things ect.
We plan to train later this evening, it will more than likely be a more chilled session but nice to get one in none the less.

Another day full of packing and moving. We took over 20 bin bags full of clothes to the new apartment and also finished up a load of things this end. We walked over 23k steps today which is pretty significant considering we didn’t go on a walk 😂 Tomorrow the movers are coming at 8am to start moving all our furniture and hopefully by tomorrow evening we should be in the new apartment 🙂

I wouldn’t worry too much about setting a very strict diet 70/30. Once you’ve established routine then begin to hone in on your regiment and restrictions

Super busy day today, up at 5am ready for my parents to arrive. We then starting packing the apartment up and worked on boxing things up and moving a few things until 5pm this evening. It’s been a long day but enjoyable to actually spend it with the fan even if we were packing all day. No gym for me today, absolutely hanging and off to bed early for another full day of packing and moving tomorrow.

Another crazy busy day today, if I am being honest the next 4 days are going to be hectic, enjoyable but very busy. My parents arrive tomorrow and we have the weekend to pack up all of our things for the movers to come on Monday and relocate all our furniture to our new apartment.
Today we ran round all morning from 7am to 12pm to 5 different agencies setting up electricity, water, wifi.. and this afternoon we had to go over to the new apartment building and fill out move in permits.
Busy busy and to be honest the next few days are going to be very tight to get any training in that’s if we even have the energy to train, so I will just give updates of the move and how many steps I probably end up doing haha.
