    Hi adam I have no fixed meals But most of the time:
    100oats 600ricemilk 60whey
    100sustain intra 35mps max
    200rice 250chicken 300 spinach
    200 rice 250 chicken 300 spinach 125 light mozarella
    250 tortellini 4eggs 30whey

    Thanks for all your support on here.
    I just wanted to let you all know that I will be leaving the team and I am thankful that I had the opportunity to get to know you all.
    I am very thankful to Jordan and Corinne for all the work they did for me and hope I could live up to that.
    Still I got a lot of business opportunities in 2021 also with a new german sponsor that’s why I have to leave.

    I use the veggie might. The combination of greens, multivitamins and probiotics all in one is nice.

    Had a really nice metabolic arm session today . I just feel 3 days a week training hard, hitting cns is the only thing I can recover from right now with low gear and no gh and I am just adding an armsession with higher reps to have 4 days training a week and progress just fine.

    Depends on body composition but I would stick to macros and if you gain weight no need to increase further

    If you still want to loose fat/weight cal should stay in a deficit, but as hilly stated I would start with medium days and incorporate low and high days when needed. Not a big fan of extremes.
