Had a really nice metabolic arm session today . I just feel 3 days a week training hard, hitting cns is the only thing I can recover from right now with low gear and no gh and I am just adding an armsession with higher reps to have 4 days training a week and progress just fine.

Depends on body composition but I would stick to macros and if you gain weight no need to increase further

If you still want to loose fat/weight cal should stay in a deficit, but as hilly stated I would start with medium days and incorporate low and high days when needed. Not a big fan of extremes.
