I would possibly speak to a physio get an assessment and see if they can refer it may be that you need insoles that are made for you alongside some rehab/ exercises

Hey guys! Busy Saturday client work this am followed by abit of admin and then a Christmas party in Halifax with a few farmers which was lovely it’s not often at all that I go out and wind down. Tonight was one of them I’m hall tucked up in bed right now and it took us an hour to get back so we left around 11:30pm haha! So not a super late one but late for me as I’m usually in bed for 9:30 haha! X

There’s lots to this. Could be you need a deload, are you sleeping ok? Stress levels? Nutrition bang on? No other symptoms?

Personally I’d stick with overhand for bodybuilding. Use straps to help if needed that should see you make some pretty good improvements there alone

Hey guys! Check in this morning body’s looking a little flat nothings changed other than coming on my cycle- so I’m guessing it’s related. Hilly has said to rest over the weekend so I’ll be resting and have 2 big cal dense meals on the weekend to hopefully bring me back to life a little. Fallen pretty good as I have a Christmas doo on Saturday night.
Nice little weekend reset then back at it from Monday x

I agree you probably need a coach you trust and will listen to when they tell you to come off

Hey guys! Trained upper today had a very good session although I’ve felt pretty tired today – which I think is menses related as it’s day 1 of my cycle. Usually my first 2 days hit hard then it settles and I feel fine.
Check in tomorrow with hilly and first jab of primo going in tonight before bedMy current cycle is 80mg primo per week

Having a coach would be my first answer. Tell them you struggle with adherence and then they should set you little accountable goals that all slowly add up to help you be more adherent

You need to find a split you enjoy and you’ll be more likely to stick to it. Like Clare said I would be focusing on health and enjoyment over anything else

I use 10g daily I take mine pre workout. I do sometimes use an extra 5g in a morning shake deep in off season to aid with digestion a little more

Hey guys! Busy day with client checkins/work followed by dog walks and then training legs. Had a good session first time adding a little hammys in very light pump work just re introducing them back in felt pretty good no pain which is a good sign! Early night for me as I’m shattered x

I’ve seen this happen usually with injuries not seen it without. It’s very unfortunate but I do t think there is much you can do. Best bet would be go private and get scans done

Helloo! So not the best day for me after client work this morning I come down with a migraine luckily my client work was all done but it has meant I’m postponing legs till tomorrow I’ve been so out of it this afternoon been sleeping on and off for the evening trying to get rid and it’s not budged but I’m hoping by the morning it’s all gone x

Just keep at it aim to get an extra rep there will be points where it stalls for a little then it’ll start moving again
Sometimes you have to look at what you’ve done that day have to eaten differently, drank less water, sleep? Stress ? These can also affect your sessions
