    Works for some and not for others

    Personally I’d say decide what your goal is, if you want to build muscle then running I’d say is not ideal. But if you enjoy running and don’t mind that it’s not the best for bodybuilding then sure

    Hey guys! Rest day today, spent the day doing lots of client work and admin, along with some house work. Had some downtime tonight felt kinda stressed the last few days so definitely needed it x

    Don’t know why I can’t write a post so I will try here if someone could answer

    Hello I did my lab test after 4th week of cruise 150 test and 100 primo and 25 proviron +500 hcg Monday and Friday

    The problem is that for some reason I could not take test and primo for 10 days and the last injection was made 6 days before the blood work ..

    The result is 2.08ng/ml ( 2.40-8.71 range)

    How it is possibile ?

    Estradiol is <24 prolactin is 7.98 ng/ml

    Yeah no reason why you can’t if it digests well. But also getting protein sources in can be done fairly cheap, chicken, tuna, mince. All fairly cheap

    Hey all! So busy Monday! Up nice and early, walked the dogs. Then spent a good 2 hours doing some work/ admin and content creation before my client woke up and started checking in. This was so nice because nobody messages you at 4am so I managed to get a good chunk of work in before anyone was awake. I then did client check ins. Sorted the cows. Did a TikTok live with the cows as we’re starting to do a little more social media with them. Then did some more work before training upper. Really enjoy this session on a Monday.

    I agree with Jordan take your bodyweight up more also more time. Try some stretching soft tissue and more frequency of hitting the muscle

    Hey guys! Rest day for me been abit of a reset day. Food shop and food prep. Walked the dogs and then my clients off season plan as she competed yesterday. I like to get their plans out asap post show so they have structure and don’t feel lost post show x

    This entirely depends on how big you are, how much you sweat/ the country temperature you live in. I would say 8g is the average but I have 12g that’s the sweet spot for me. Others may be different

    Also I would spread between meals as 8g salt on one meal is extremely salty not only that but salt helps with hydration so you wouldn’t drink you daily water intake in one go. You spread it over the day same goes for salt.

    If there’s certain meals for example yoghurt or something you don’t want as much salt on you can pop some of that salt in another meal or in your pre workout or intra

    Evening guys! Lovely day at the TBJP British finals! Was lovely to meet so many people new and old friends and fellow TBJP athletes.

    It’s always nice when we all get together and chat bodybuilding haha!!

    I also had a client competing today in tall wellness category she come 6th which was an absolutely awesome achievement after a 4th at the regional our main aim was to come in with an improved look we come in tighter. Changed and tweaked posing. Hammered down on posing stamina/ walking/ transitions and also did her own tan as previously they did the tan wayyy to dark and it wasn’t a good look. She also has an invite for the worlds so we shall see if she wants to go for it

    I then headed off to train legs had a pretty good session legs felt a tad tired not entirely sure why as I rested yesterday and I’ve not done anything crazy but I still had a really good session. This evening I’ve had a pretty chill one and just getting settled for bed now.

    Hey guys! Happy Friday! Rest day for me it’s not usually but this week has been backwards for me with being away over the weekend so today was a rest day before legs tomorrow!

    Today I’ve done client work/ check ins and admin/ house work still catching up on weekend washing it’s a nightmare to get anything dry when the weather is wet 😩

    Looking forwards to the tbjp British finals tomorrow but nice to see friends competing & also the other tbjp athletes x
