    Hey guys trained my second upper session today. All went well except my shoulder press. I just couldn’t move what I did last week I got 3 reps – seriously wasn’t impressed but when I thought about it I’ve had a busy day physically moving heavy things on the farm and that defuses take its toll. Everything else progressed. I’m sure it’ll be back next week, just a one off. Spent the rest of today doing client work and had a few consult calls with new clients x

    Alcohol will definitely affect recovery!! I would keep drinking well away from bloods as it could definitely skew results

    Don’t overthink it. Just a normal walking pace is fine keep it consistent and use training / cardio as your output. For me steps are just a low impact output just to keep us ticking over

    I control it, I do sometimes have slow 3-4sec eccentrics on certain movements but I don’t obsess over it I just control it and don’t overthink

    Evening all!! Rest day today for me had a pretty busy day client work and weaning the calves. Caught up on some admin and house work too. Had a nice chilled evening and a soak in the bath. Just what I needed 👌🏼 x

    I agree with hilly don’t over think it focus on perfecting form and hitting your biceps from different angles/ movements

    Evening all rest day today, busiest day with clients today so a good work block finished this morning followed by some house work to break my day up then another work block before winding down for the night. Recently I’ve really enjoyed getting up a little earlier people have asked if I’m prepping because I’ve been getting up at half 4 haha! No im not prepping it’s just that James gets up at 4:30am and he’s about as nimble and quiet as a elephant so he always wakes me so I started just getting up and walking the dogs and I’ve quite enjoyed having a little extra time to complete work before my clients start waking I feel like I’m ahead everyday. X

    Helloo all!! Busy day, client work, dog walks horse riding followed by a leg session! Pretty good session still progressing nicely. But so ready for a rest day tomorrow haha! X

    I agree run for another week and see where you’re at then. And are you truly and consistently getting them cals in or is it lower some days also what is output like?

    Hey guys! Happy Monday! Had a busy one today, client work this morning, dog walks and admin bits I then trained upper very good session felt pretty tired tonight but it has been a nonstop day x
