Evening all! Busy day today had 2 client calls this morning followed by sorting the cows and taking candy out for a hack in the woods. I then trained legs this afternoon had a very very good session got a ridiculous pump to the point it was painful haha! All numbers were up so pleased with that. This evening I’ve done some more client work and had some downtime before bed x

Evening all!! Busy Monday client work and checkins followed by training upper very good session Monday is my back dominant upper session one of my favourite from the week had a very good session some lovely number progressions and finished off with some posing too. Had a a little bit of down time this afternoon after the gym before bed x

Hey guys! So Sunday and as usual a rest day for me. Took the dogs for a walk this morning even though we have a storm right now it was nice to get out as we’ve been stuck in all weekend other than the gym.
I then did some house work and 2 x client posing calls followed by a little client work and then had a chilled evening 😊

Maybe adjust the way you’re doing the leg press. Potentially look at single leg or play about with foot positioning/ back pad and also tempo

I just work hard enough to the point if someone was to have a conversation with me I’d be out of breath during. I use that as my scale to rate if I’m working hard enough.
If you need to push harder look at increasing speed/ resistance to take it up a notch

Evening guys! Felt much bettter today trained quads had a very good session! Also been looking at potential shows for next year so I can start planning it all out. Spent the rest of the day doing a food shop and catching up on bits round the house followed by a chilled evening! X

I always start with half dose with things like this then if it doesn’t work to your desired effect then go for the full dose

Evening guys! After yesterday’s disaster of a day I’ve just tried to recover today. Had a little lay in which I never get and then took my day steady my head and eye were still a little sore so I’ve not trained today hoping I feel better tomorrow and can be back in the gym x

Yes I would definitely be having veggies and fruit. I wouldn’t advise completely cutting out veg
