    Injury prevention for contact sports is mainly about being flexible and strong in all ranges of motion.

    Also staying on top of recovery and sports massage/ physio outside of training. – not just for treating injuries but for actively trying to prevent rather than just treating injuries

    Hey guys! Trained lower today had an awesome session went in thinking I felt a little sore but once I warmed up I felt fine and still progressed on all my sets. So it didn’t affect my session! I also spent a good chunk of my day in 3 work blocks completing client check ins and plans.

    Got a little bit of a cold but it’s nothing I can’t handle still managing to crack on despite it being pretty heavy haha! X

    Evening guys! So busy day as normal on a Tuesday. Dog walk, client work. Took candy (horse) out for a hack. Then did some more work before training upper. Had a very good session progressed nicely on everything 👌🏼 just winding down for the evening now x

    I agree I would take a deload and see how things go after that. It maybe be time to change your split but see how the deload treats you

    Hey guys! Took today as a rest day had a super busy day lots of client work and admin bits felt a little run down today so decided to take a rest day here to hopefully recover before it becomes a full blown illness haha! X

    I agree a nice slow push up is best the slower the better. You won’t need to increase food weekly just where it’s needed once to stall or recovery slows etc

    Completely agree with Jordan here but everything else needs to be lined up correctly. And obviously results will appear after consecutively being consistent over months

    There’s no bulk here, continue to push up. You have plenty of room. But like the other have said we have all explained this a few times.

    Keep pushing up, consider therapy to help with any anxiety/ dysmorphia issues and possibly a coach to help guide you and reassure you through a growing phase
