I wouldn’t add them for now I would let you run your course of full body for a good amount of time. Personally I think intensifiers aren’t usually needed in full body as it just adds extra fatigue and you need to recover before your next session

Hey!! Calf show today in Stirling early start 6am had breakfast and walked Jax before heading to the show. Spent the morning till 11am getting organised and sorting the cows and prepping them for their showing & squeezing meals between haha!. We started showing at 12 and was done for 3pm we then had dinner before packing up and setting off back home. We come away with a 1st & 2x 4ths.
We was supposed to be at thirsk tomorrow for another show but unfortunately the spread of blue tongue is pretty bad right now and thirsk is now part of the border of reported cases so it was best we didn’t go anyway but it did get cancelled. So even though we didn’t get to do the last show of the year.. me and James still get a chill day together instead which we are actually really looking forwards to.
I had a few questions on insta how I manage my meals whilst at cattle shows and stuff & on the road travelling, so I thought would be interesting to post here.
So we are fortunate enough to have a campervan so we have a microwave, kettle/ air fryer and hob/ sink and fridge so we can pretty much stay on plan anywhere we go! We kinda did this on purpose for travelling to bodybuilding shows/ cattle shows and we also enjoy camping so was a no brainer for us. However if we aren’t in the camper and we are in the truck I would probably swap my carb sources for things that keep better and are easily eaten cold and on the go.. for example rice cakes, wraps, oats (cooked or blended) it’s not impossible at all to stay on plan it’s super simple just requires some effort and forward planning.
Overall it’s been and awesome day and I’m looking forward to a chill day tomorrow and to catch up on some house work & I definitely think I’ll be feeling 100% ready to hit the gym on Monday 🙌🏼 x

Hey guys hope you’re all well! Rest day again for me still run down a little with cold but we have 2 cattle shows this weekend so I’m hoping the rest from the gym over the weekend means that I’ll be recovered come Monday ready to hit the gym. We got up to Scotland for around 5pm sorted the calves then headed out for dinner x

Hey! No need to count really I would just find a steady pace that isn’t too fast or too slow and be consistent with it

I would say to avoid under eating as you won’t be keep variables the same even though you’re under eating some days it’ll be higher and some lower so I would say hit your cals bang on and then it’s more consistent and then when changes are made to diet/ output they will work because you’re being consistent

I start the same as hilly 1g per meal including intra and around 4-5L water then increase if needed

Hey guys! Rest day today.. I was kinda glad as I definitely needed this rest I’m feeling sore everywhere and a little run down with cold and a cough so I took today to recover as much as possible and took advantage of my rest day 🙌🏼

Injury prevention for contact sports is mainly about being flexible and strong in all ranges of motion.
Also staying on top of recovery and sports massage/ physio outside of training. – not just for treating injuries but for actively trying to prevent rather than just treating injuries

Hey guys! Trained lower today had an awesome session went in thinking I felt a little sore but once I warmed up I felt fine and still progressed on all my sets. So it didn’t affect my session! I also spent a good chunk of my day in 3 work blocks completing client check ins and plans.
Got a little bit of a cold but it’s nothing I can’t handle still managing to crack on despite it being pretty heavy haha! X

Evening guys! So busy day as normal on a Tuesday. Dog walk, client work. Took candy (horse) out for a hack. Then did some more work before training upper. Had a very good session progressed nicely on everything 👌🏼 just winding down for the evening now x
