Very personal but for myself I tend to run short 6 week cycles 8 at the most

Evening guys! Busy day with client work and house work followed by training upper had a very good session everything progressed except my shoulder press that’s been a little stagnant but it’s ok I know it’ll move soon x

Yeah the pre at 5 probably isn’t doing you any favours I would swap your pre for a pump (non stim) highly advise pumpage!
I would stay away from caffeine after 2pm

Hey guys! So busy day, busiest check in day for me morning of client check ins / work followed by some work on the farm & then back to check ins/ work and a team call this afternoon about motivation and training around the winter months we also touched on a few other topics 😊 rest day today for me was nice to have some downtime this evening before bed with the dogs & James x

Jordan nailed this nothing else to add here it’s just a case of going through the process and accepting in off season you’re going to hold water and gain some fat

Evening all! Busy day today had 2 client calls this morning followed by sorting the cows and taking candy out for a hack in the woods. I then trained legs this afternoon had a very very good session got a ridiculous pump to the point it was painful haha! All numbers were up so pleased with that. This evening I’ve done some more client work and had some downtime before bed x

Evening all!! Busy Monday client work and checkins followed by training upper very good session Monday is my back dominant upper session one of my favourite from the week had a very good session some lovely number progressions and finished off with some posing too. Had a a little bit of down time this afternoon after the gym before bed x

Hey guys! So Sunday and as usual a rest day for me. Took the dogs for a walk this morning even though we have a storm right now it was nice to get out as we’ve been stuck in all weekend other than the gym.
I then did some house work and 2 x client posing calls followed by a little client work and then had a chilled evening 😊

Maybe adjust the way you’re doing the leg press. Potentially look at single leg or play about with foot positioning/ back pad and also tempo
