Hey all so today was check in day, I weighed in at 60.4 still holding condition nicely but fullness has returned which is good!
Food on rest day has been upped so I will add that below – training still remains on 1 top set just till my body has recovered properly and I’m running at 100%
Today consisted of client check ins, updated plans and then headed to Leeds for a coffee with Jamie and we went for sushi which was lovely ☺️ this evening were just chilling and then I’ve got a busy day tomorrow x

Yes I agree with rich controlling the neg is what I would consider part of form for each exercise but tut is different

Hey guys! So today was a busy one!
I asked the dog, food prepped, client check ins then full day in the clinic along with training legs ☺️ had a really good session can’t wait to be back to full volume from next week x

Oh really due to water pressure or other reasons i thought it might heal faster anything he can take test deca?
Honestly I wouldn’t know, I’ve not known anyone to take anything to help with this injury tbh, I’m only speaking from personal experience, I’m no doctor haha!

Honestly I really wouldn’t like to say, me personally with an injury like that I would be very careful what you do but I wouldn’t advise hgh personally

Hey all so today was very busy this morning with dog walk and then client check ins started up 2 new clients also! My business is growing my team is getting strong and this makes me so happy! I love my job and I’m so grateful!
I trained pull today back at ultraflex which was lovely to be back and see everyone! Especially @megansylvester ??
This evening or walked Lola again, finished off client plans and then chilled ☺️ tomorrow I’m back at regen physiotherapy feels weird not been at work for a good 4 weeks ? but excited to be back definitely ☺️ x

Drink plenty of water and plenty of salt on your meals, it should calm down once you’re body is use to it

Hey guys so today I had a little lay in, walked did some bits of house work that needed doing and then popped to Starbucks for I do some work from there I also picked up some scales from town as mine broke ?
